Remember those uber unflatterering shots of Mischa Barton showing off some cellulite?
Well, now the former actress is fighting back!
“Every woman has cellulite,” declares Mischa. “I’ve never claimed to have a perfect body. I eat healthy, I work out. I feel very comfortable. I come from a European family that’s always very comfortable with their bodies. You are what you are as a woman.”
Of photographer Jamie Fawcett’s photos: “He’s a ridiculous human being. I’ve never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry, I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behavior. He apologized, but he was very insincere.”
Hmmm….if it were us, we’d be more upset about how few reports mention that she’s topless in the offending photos.

The part-time actress hit a fashion sour note in a tafefta Missoni dress accented with ruffled shoulders and a jeweled boddice.
Is there anything this girl is good at?

Looks like Mischa Barton has finally found herself a new tokin’ buddy.
The troubled starlet was spotted arriving (and, more importantly, departing!) from Chateau Marmont in L.A. on Tuesday night with a healthy-eating mystery man. The dark-haired lothario munched on an apple as the pair made their way to the infamous hotel.
Still dealing with a DUI charge hanging over her head, Mischa is clearly doing her best to go about life as usual to keep her spirits high.
Now let’s raise a toast!

The always trend conscious Mischa Barton offers photogs a quick pose as she departs from the Los Angeles Urban Outfitters store on Monday afternoon.
The OC actress, who is still dealing with DUI charges, did some light shopping and debuted to the world her new lengthy blonde weave.
To accent her laissez-faire hair was a very hippy whimsical blouse and 1970’s inspired high waisted distressed denim jeans.
Glad to see the young starlet smiling. Well, sorta.

M.Bart took a break from yet another shopping spree to visit L.A.’s most prominent pap nest — where she walked in — and out — without even being seated!
The former actress ordered a Garden Flashbulb Salad to go, then was driven next door to Kitson — a whole 10 yard dash away!

Taking time out of her busy drinking and driving schedule, legally troubled actress Mischa Barton is all smiles at the Sundance Film Festival premiere of her new flick, The Assassination of a High School President, at Harry O’s in Park City, Utah on Tuesday.
The 21-year-old actress — who stepped out in her finest off-the-shoulder potato sack — has officially kicked off a four-week promo tour for her new Brett Simon-directed comedy.
The flick follows the life of a young and popular student who teams up with a sophomore newspaper reporter to investigate a case of stolen SAT exams. Once the duo target their suspects, a larger conspiracy is unearthed.
Sound the doom music!

Making sure she takes every step very carefully, legally troubled starlet Mischa Barton flees Los Angeles on Sunday in favour of taking in a few films at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
Rocking a grungy old sweater, faded animal print scarf and her trademark fedora, the 21-year-old actress was spotted leaving LAX yesterday en route to Park City, Utah.
For the sake of residents and moviegoers alike, let’s hope M.Bart will remember her recent comments about her unfortunate DUI mishap. “Obviously, I’m 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case, and I’m really disappointed in myself. I don’t know what to say about it except I’m not perfect. I just don’t ever intend to do something this stupid again.”

A danger-on-wheels and a musical ingénue?
Mischa Barton continues her post-DUI arrest PR campaign by hitting up L.A.’s Guitar Center on Sunset Blvd on Sunday to pick up a guitar.
The drinking and driving we can overlook. Those hideous circus shorts, however, are absolutely unforgivable!

Mischa on filming Marissa’s car crash death scene: “You have no idea how much fun I had doing that scene. I was on the set, yelling, ‘More blood! More blood!’ She needed to go out with a bang.”
