An Arab sheikh paying for Michael Jackson’s expenses reportedly spent almost $350 000 on a brain-power guru to help the Gloved One’s creative juices flow.

Bankim Thanki, lawyer for Sheikh Abdulla bin Hamad al-Khalifa, says that “mind-mapping and motivational guru” Tony Buzan came to Bahrain for a week at MJ’s request.

The attorney noted today that Buzan “did not come cheap”: he charged $37 000 a session for a total of $343 000. The 33-year-old sheikh — son of the king of Bahrain — claims that Michael took millions in advances from him but failed to deliver on contractually agreed projects.

The judge will rule tomorrow on whether to allow Jackson to testify via videolink from Los Angeles, as he has said he is too sick to travel.

Abdulla is suing Michael for $7 million in a breach-of-contract case.

NO WYNN, NO HOW!

It was another strange public outing for Michael Jackson today.

After spending nearly an hour inside, the gloveless Gloved One got all shy as he left the Off the Wall antique store on L.A.’s Melrose Avenue with his son Prince Michael.

Meanwhile, days after he dismissed the idea of a Jackson 5 reunion, MJ has reportedly rejected a big payday from hotelier Steve Wynn.

Vegas Confidential reports he turned down an offer to play at the opening of Wynn’s Encore tower this coming December.

No word on the paycheck Jackson would have received, but if the $2 billion cost of the project is any indication, he would have had a lifetime of thrift store shopping sprees ahead of him!

Celeb dad Michael Jackson took his three kids, Michael Joseph, Paris Michael Katherine and Prince Michael Jackson II, to a costume party in Hollywood last night.

Within seconds of stepping out of their chauffered vehicle, the 50-year-old former pop star was engulfed by autograph-seeking fans who wanted to get a piece of the Gloved One.

As for their get-ups? Paris dressed as a butterfly. Michael Joseph was that creepy guy from V is for Vendetta. And Prince Michael kept it creepy as the Grim Reaper.

As for MJ? He was made up to look like a caring and conservative father. No sequins. No military regalia.

Michael Jackson visited a cosmetic and medical dermatology office in Beverly Hills today.

Afterwards, the international superstar made a very public stop at a cosmetics boutique on trendy Robertson Blvd. in Los Angeles.

Jacko browsed through some skin care products and picked up a package of Epicuren Discovery, an enzyme and propolis based spa product.

The usually reclusive King of Pop was all smiles as he waved at the cameras and greeted his adoring fans.

Nice to see you back, MJ!

A frail-looking Michael Jackson crept out of his hyperbaric oxygen chamber last night to enjoy a late night visit to Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

With just one day to go until he’s set to ring in his 50th birthday, the pyjama-wearing pop star kicked off the festivities early by surprising fans with a surprise appearance.

Meanwhile, rumour has it that the Gloved One may make an appearance at the MTV’s Video Music Awards on September 7. “Sources close to the awards tell us MTV honchos have been working OT to get Jacko to reappear at the awards,” an insider says. “We’re told a deal is as good as sealed to have MJ present an award with sister Janet.”

Is that Michael Jackson being pushed around Las Vegas in a wheelchair?

With just days to go until he celebrates his 50th birthday, it appears the Gloved One has once again redefined bizarre.

Snapped on visit to a Barnes and Nobel store near his current home in Las Vegas, MJ was slumped in a wheelchair wearing pyjamas, a dreadlocked wig, a surgeon’s mask, a baseball cap and sunglasses.

Meanwhile, the uber protective father offered photogs a rare glimpse of his kids, Paris, Prince and Blanket.

The unusually unmasked brood headed straight for the children’s book section, where they remained alone for some time checking out the latest titles.

As for why Mr Jackson is on a wheelchair in the first place? Sources say it’s needed for a recurring back problem that he has had ever since his performing days.

Michael Jackson is about to say bye-bye to a large part of his infamous past as his Neverland Ranch may be foreclosed unless he can come up with the nearly $25 million he owes!!

The auction will include everything on the property which means the new owner will take possession of any games, amusement rides, furniture and personal property that may be inside the house.

If the Gloved One doesn’t pony up the cash by March 19, it’ll be a free-for-all of unseen proportions outside of the county courthouse in Santa Barbara, CA.

First dibs on the cellar full of Jesus Juice!!!
