Teri Hatcher was all smiles as she and daughter Emerson spent some quality time in Los Angeles yesterday (November 7).
Showing off her endless gams in a pair of torn jeans, the 44-year-old Desperate Housewives actress wasted the afternoon away in search of deals and steals at The Grove shopping centre.
Teri was in great spirits considering that it was only last week that she came down with the flu.
Contrary to widespread reports alleging she was the latest celeb to fall foul to swine flu, Miss Hatcher was out of commission from a few days due to a mild case of laryngitis.
That said, her illness did cause a short delay in the filming of the show’s’ big neighbourhood Christmas party stunt.

Taking a break from her hectic schedule,
Jessica Alba spent a fun-filled Saturday afternoon with her gorgeous family.
The 28-year-old actress was joined by husband Cash Warren and their adorable daughter Honor as she brunched at trendy Urth Caffe in Beverly Hills yesterday (November 7).
In a rare and candid moment, frown-prone Jessica could be seen enjoying a good belly laugh as she made her way to her car following their early afternoon meal.

Though Lindsay Lohan has hit a career rut, she’s still shopping like a movie star!
The 23-year-old starlet looked surprisingly refreshed and relaxed as she dropped some serious cash at the still-exclusive, by appointment only Church Boutique in West Hollywood yesterday (November 7).
Starting her afternoon of retail therapy off in a plaid shirt and leggings, LiLo emerged from the luxury retailer in a stunning three-quarter length leather jacket.
After picking up some select pieces of merchandise, Lindsay tweeted: “I love Church Clothing and everyone that works there my loves!!!!!”

Upon spotting the solo paparazzo snapping away, the 44-year-old Iron Man actor enjoyed a chuckle with his film producer lady love before being on their merry little way.
Meanwhile, Rob recently made headlines when he and Ben Stiller declined an offer to host the 2010 Academy Awards as a duo.
Organizers for the star-studded show reportedly asked the acting pair to share hosting duties for next year’s Oscars — but the Tropic Thunder co-stars both passed.
Hugh Jackman also turned down the chance to reprise his role as presenter, opting instead to prepare for his next film Real Steel.
The 82nd Academy Awards will take place on March 7, 2010 with hosts Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.

Making the most of an unseasonably warm Saturday aftenroon,
Katie Holmes took a stroll through Boston, MA with a very rambunctious acting
Suri Cruise yesterday (November 7).
Despite having her hands full, Katie seemed to be able to keep her chin up as she smiled and chatted with passerbys on the sunny day.
There was no sign of family patriarch Tom Cruise amid reports that he and wife Katie are at an “all time low” and fighting desperately to save their marriage.
Why? Katie apparently no longer believes that Tom will fulfill his promises to her.
“It’s their third wedding anniversary on 18 November and they’re at an all-time low,” a source tells Britain’s Now magazine. “The main conflict is between Katie’s career and Tom’s desperation for another child. The sad reality is that they’re not on the same page and want completely different things out of life. Katie’s sick of Tom’s broken promises and wants to walk away for good if the situation doesn’t improve.”

Enjoying the most of an uneventful weekend,
Jennifer Garner took the girls out to the park in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon (November 7).
At one point, the ever active mom urged photographers to keep quiet around tiny Seraphina Affleck as she juggles the baby and big sister Violet Affleck on the playground.
It was a common outing for Jen, as hubby Ben Affleck was nowhere to be seen to help out mom this time.
