Geri Halliwell was back with her insanely juiced up yet strangely attractive personal trainer-cum-bodyguard for another calorie-burning jaunt in a London park.
While the former Spice Girl, who was looking fitter than ever in a sporty black ensemble, focussed on shedding some post-pregnancy pounds, the hulking great bodyguard kept her dinky pet dog, Shih-tzu Harry, under control.
You gotta love the juxtaposition.

Hahaha I laughed Supersonic….I break into that song a lot actually! He may not be on roids you know either. My boyfriend has a friend who is about this size and he take a whole lotta protein and works out like its a religion…it is possible. I’m loving that the Spice Girls are back in the tabloids lately. I loved Geri back in the day. The Victoria and Geri posts are taking me back to 1995, even though they are both soooo different to what they were then!

This guy is synthetically puffe up. I agree with you Stephi.It takes a wholatta roids and dedication at the gym.
