AMY ASTOUNDS FANS AT OXEGEN

No wild on stage antics. No between-set boozing. Amy Winehouse thrilled nearly 80 000 thousand Irish fans today as she put on a classic performance at the Oxegen festival near Dublin.
As you may recall, the beehived soulstress elbowed a fan at Glastonbury following her show last month.
Her moody hour-long set included fan faves Valerie and Rehab.
Said one fan: “She was brilliant, great atmosphere, she’s a real star.”

A few of my friends are at this festival, they said it’s awesome. I’m very jealous! Amy seems to be acting a bit more professional on stage lately, which is a good sign. She may have a fucked up private life but hopefully she can try and separate her career from what happens off stage, otherwise she’s going to disappear faster than you can say boo. People won’t put up with unprofessionalism for too long, just look at Lindsay Lohan.

I’m hoping she gets her life together. I can’t blame her parasite hubbie since she has a mind of her own, and she is making her own choices, but he isn’t about much and I hope she sees the connection with her the downturn of her life, and how it intersected perfectly with meeting that wanker. She is an original and it seems that all the good and greats get sidetracked when a fella enters. Lauyn Hill, Billie Holiday, Dinah Washington, Amy Winehouse. Its so jacked, and so wrong, yet the double edged sword is “the best music gets produced when these originals get their hearts broken.”

I guess sobriety means her having nothing to sing about! Its sad to say but her drug habit keeps her in the papers and relivant! What this worls coming 2.
