Mandy Moore is officially single!!!!
The singer-turned-actress and rocker Ryan Adams are no longer a very awkward couple, reports OK!
In a just-released statement, Ryan says he blames the heat of the public spotlight for the split, stating that he is “allergic” to the cameras. “Unfortunately I am allergic to paparazzi and have found the best antidote to that sort of nonsense is staying behind the guitar and typewriter, staying close to my support group of friends and band mates and not engaging in activities that prevent me from taking care of myself or others.”
He adds that “Mandy is one of those genuinely sweet angelic people you wish to meet your whole life. I am grateful for our friendship and how it allowed us both to grow and learn more.”

I heard through the grapevine that Mandy was actually back together with DJ AM. I don’t think Ryan was ever anything really serious anyway, just Mandy trying to prove she was a real musician.

I love Ryan Adams!! His talent truly makes him beautiful… I’ve seen much better pictures of him. : )
