Bible queen and pop culture icon Tammy Faye was a picture of courage as she bravely stepped out on what could be her final public outings.
The 66-pound former televangelist - who has stopped treatment for the colon and lung cancer she’s battled for 11 years - looked shockingly frail and gaunt as she attended a family celebration and went on a last shopping trip.

This is so sad. Watching someone waste away is sad enough let alone to have it plastered all over to sell some cheap papers. This is about as low as the photos of Anna Nicole and her son dead.

Errr, call me stupid but when did Tammy Faye pass away? I knew her cancer had returned but didn’t know she’d passed away. How sad. The Globe sucks donkey balls for that one!!

God Bless Tammy Faye. She is a remarkable person. It’s really sad that someone who has such a undying faith gets dealt this hand….. and others who take everything for granted skip through life….

Bless Tammy Faye, she really is sweet and loving. I really saw this when she was on the Surreal Life, she was like the mother to everyone and really didn’t knock anyone for the way they acted or anything.
And trash like The Globe (that’s still selling????) makes me sick to my stomach, makes me ashamed to be a human being. They never should take photos like this, no one needs to see her when she’s so sick and wasting away. I don’t know how they can sleep at night.

This is very sad. It would be awful to know that you were living your last days and everytime you’d do something or see someone you’d wonder if it would be the last time you’d do that. I think the press should leave her be now and let her die in peace without following her around trying to catch her ‘last photos’. She seems like a really sweet, nice lady and she is handling this extremely well. What a strong woman!

Has anyone here even considered the fact that she stole money from people and using God to do it. While it is sad that anyone would have to endure this fate, maybe this is God’s way of setting things straight.

She is getting just what she deserves. She stole millions and millions with the help of her ex husband and now karma has come back to bite her in the ass. What is left of her ass that is. Good bye Tammy. Rot in hell.

My heart really goes out to Tammy and her family. She has always been a joy. It is so sad to see such a vibrant person, like this. I’m so proud of her that she’s willing to let the world see her how she is now, it’s an eye opener. Not everyone would be willing to be so open and honest. She is facing life boldly and has never been afraid to be herself. Her continued faith thru out is a real inspiration. I know that she’s helped give me strength to face my own cancer issues. I’m so in awe of her. Tammy, you may not know this but you’ve touched many deeply. I for one am grateful for and I believe the world is a better place having had Tammy Faye in it.
