With just days to go until he’s set to say I Do to long-time girlfriend Ashlee Simpson, Fall Out Boy rocker Pete Wentz is spotted out and about in Los Angeles today.

While he waited to fill up his gas tank, the groom-to-be entertained himself by flipping through a “Stars Map.”

Meanwhile, when asked whether he has any wedding-related plans this weekend, Wentz kept it vague: “I got plans. I’m going to watch The Wedding Singer. … I’m going to do a whole Adam Sandler marathon and I’m going to watch The Wedding Singer. And then I might watch Father of the Bride. But probably Father of the Bride 2 ’cause I really like Martin Short.”

As for the first song he’ll dance to when he does get married? “I can’t let that one out. Or I’ll get killed by my fiancée.”

    I think I’m the only one that doesn’t mind these two together. I think they really suit each other’s personalities and are just cute together. And Martin Short is in both Father of the Brides not just the second.
