Lindsay Lohan ain’t the only fashionista hitting the fashion shows in Milan today.
Patrick Dempsey was all smiles as he posed with Donatella Versace prior to the presentation of the Gianni Versace Fall/Winter 2008/2009 women’s collection.
The resident Grey’s Anatomy hunk is the face of Versace for the fashion-design company’s spring/summer line for men.

Hahaha you make me laugh Shell! I bet she does too! She has just taken the surgeries wayyy too far…she kind of reminds me of Kermit the Frog or something. Definately not a human being anyway. She has got a lot of talent when it comes to fashion though, I know that much!
