Riding high on the release of her latest music video, Britney Spears took her boys to dinner in Calabasas, CA on Friday night (October 30).
The 27-year-old performer has been busy on tour and taking care of her personal life but she still shared a smile with the photogs as she carried Jayden James Federline into the restaurant.
Britney was in great spirits as fans are responding positively to the music video for her latest hit single, 3.
“I thought Britney’s video was awesome. It was very cool. The track is awesome. It’s a really good tune. It’s something to dance to,” one fan tells MTV News. “She just looks good throughout the whole video — she looks like she did when she first started singing. I think she’s really starting to make some new music, and it’s awesome.”
Says another: “I think she’s looking hot and I think it’s a great tune. I think she’s about to win back America’s heart. Anything she’s wearing, anything [in the video is hot]. She looks like a MILF. She is the MILF of today.”

i find it interesting that she’s now getting complimented on her mothering skills when she wasn’t interested AT ALL in her kids about two years ago (you know THE IMPORTANT YEARS in the kids’ lives)
Notice the comments about her video are from her fans, not critics. You know her fans who think the fact that she can walk a straight line is an accomplishment. BTW, the video was awful and in an age of Beyonce and GaGa she’s got to do better if she wants to compete.
Um, Anon, you appear to forget that the phase you refer to ‘THE IMPORTANT YEARS’ were the years she was mentally unwell and untreated. Since then, she has been in therapy and worked her way back to health and music.
Let’s give the girl some credit.
Mentally ill people cannot be expected to take care of others. They are ill and need sympathy, not unreasonable expectations to behave like normal folk when they are not.
Shes ugly and good that she is with her kids, thier HER KIDS she should be with them 24/7, thats what good moms do!
she was never mentally ill…just a selfish, self-important drug addict. she missed the important years as far as development goes in her kids lives and i hope that they are smart enough to look up her immature, entitled behavior when they get older but knowing the genes that they have, i wouldnt place money on it

She is looking fantastic and I’ve always thought she had an amazing body. Really healthy, toned and tanned. It’s a shame that she was unwell when her boys were little, but she spends a lot of time with them now and has obviously moved on from her past. Too bad everybody else can’t.

Stephi, you look at Britney with rose-colored glasses. You never see anything wring with her, yet Beyonce you will shred. Makes no sense whatsoever.
For one those bashing are usually those who have no life and are unhappy in life so they have to bash others to make themselves feel better.
For two I think she is doing a great job with her kids and keeping up her appearance, her legs are not fat they are muscular because she works out. No matter how busy of a day she has she will give up sleep and rest to spend time with her children.
Three her kids will not remember when they were infants to the time they were 3, heck alot of kids do not even remember when they were 4-8 years of age. She was mentally ill, It NEVER came out she was doing drugs, it did come out she had a drinking problem which she got help for pretty quick unlike others who have been struggling for years and keep saying they do not have a problem.
This is coming from a mom and the girlfriend of a psychologist
