The stars stepped out in full force on Monday night (October 19) for the 2009 Whitney Museum Gala in New York City.
Lead by Jennifer Hudson and Donatella Versace, the celebrity crowd was on hand to dress up to the nines all while raising money for the Starlight and One foundations.
For the event, Gilt Groupe has made a limited number of ‘Art Unites’ graphic totes created by Donatella herself in collaboration with the Whitney Museum, with all proceeds benefiting the non-profit organizations.
Each tote is printed with original drawings created by young victims of illness or earthquakes in the U.S. and China — making the cheery graphics and whimsical drawings all the more poignant.
Celebrity attendees on hand to glam up in the name of charity included the likes of Shakira, Taylor Momsen, Mischa Barton and Lake Bell.

Donatella’s dress is absolutely gorgeous wowww!!! How tiny does she look here as well, especially next to Jennifer Hudson. Seriously she looks STUFFED into that dress and why do her boobs always need to be falling out. It’s a terrible look.
