Shia LaBeouf brought his charismatic front-man-in-training charm to Manhattan’s Central Park yesterday (September 10) for his upcoming film Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.
Rocking loafers sans socks and puffing on a cigarette, the 23-year-old actor could be seen preparing to get in character as he acts opposite Frank Langella and a team of little dogs under the watchful eyes of involved director Oliver Stone.
In one scene, Langella — clad in blue pajamas under a wrinkly trench coat — looked like he’d just escaped from an asylum . In another, Stone looked to be giving both stars some direction on how to walk a pack of King Charles spaniels.
While there was no sign of Shia’s co-star and current girlfriend, British actress Carey Mulligan, Michael Douglas will soon reprise his roll as Gordon Gekko, the ethically-challenged financier who famously coined the phrase “greed is good.”
