Though she recently threatened to quit the fashion world, Ashley Olsen and her twin sister Mary-Kate were in Toronto today (August 25) promoting their clothing line.

Welcomed by the likes of Fashion Television’s Jeanne Beker, the designing duo were at Holt Renfrew on Bloor Street to introduce their Elizabeth and James label.

Mary-Kate and Ashley launched their popular womenswear brand two years ago. This fall, they launch the men’s collection.

As co-designers of the labels, the twins’ vision is to deliver designer sensibility to a hip customer. They envisioned a men’s line that mixes downtown and uptown style (think vintage flannel shirt layered under a luxurious cashmere hoodie), while offering a modern selection of suiting and casual go-to pieces.
