It’s called movie makeup folks. And he’s not nearly as thin as you think. His clothes are rather baggy and look at his forearms - still look pretty big.

I really hope this is makeup that’s making his face look that way…otherwise he really needs help. Hopefully he has a dietician or something helping him lose the weight safely, who will also help him put it back on afterwards. It’s a bit scary!
