Lindsay Lohan paired some very high heels with some very short shorts as she left girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s Hollywood home this afternoon (July 7).

The 23-year-old starlet was in surprisingly good spirits considering she’s being sued by a St. Petersburg, FL chemist who says she stole her fomula for a fake tan spray.

Lindsay launched her tanning mist, Sevin Nyne, this summer, saying she co-created it over the past three years with Lorit Simon, a Las Vegas businesswoman who air-brushes tans for celebrities.

But a lawsuit filed in Tampa federal court says Lohan and Simon stole the formula for Sevin Nyne from a St. Petersburg chemist named Jennifer Sunday, who had been working with Simon. Lohan has not commented on the lawsuit yet.
