In the neverending battle that is Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s custody battle, uber attorney Laura Wasser filed documents in a Los Angeles Superior cour today outlining a new spousal agreement between the estranged exes.
The agreement states that Spears will pay Federline $20,000 a month until “the death of either party, or the remarriage of Federline.” The payments will be due on the first of each month.
In documents pertaining to the former couple’s custody case released in August, it was revealed that Federline’s spousal support was scheduled to run out in November, and that he has “no net income after business expenses.” In the same papers, Spears’ monthly income was estimated at $737,868 a month.
Lawyers for Spears and Federline are next due in court in late November.
Let’s hope Brit’s lawyers can work some magic soon cuz at the rate she’s going, she soon won’t be able to afford being the ex-wife of K-Fed!

If u look at it comparably… he get’s 2.7% of her monthly income… that would be like someone that makes $50,000 a year paying $112 per month in spousal support.. not very much at all.. but when it’s $20,000 .. he should be thanking his lucky stars Brit married his ass, that’s all I’m sayin’

I think that’s ridiculous! She has worked hard for her money and $20 000 is probably more than Kevin had earned in his whole lifetime. He was married to her for about five seconds and he didn’t exactly seem like a very committed husband or father during that time. I think that she should pay him $20 000 for the duration of time they were married- that seems like heaps. You can just tell that he will never get married again if this is the case.
