He may have thrashed the box office as Wolverine but Hugh Jackman’s household is ruled by none other than Snow White.
Now that the whirlwind promo tour for X-Men Origins: Wolverine is over, the 40-year-old actor has happily resumed his role as doting father. Treating his dressed-up 3-year-old daughter Ava to an afternoon at a park in New York City today (May 11), action hero Hugh showed off his caring parternal side before meeting up with his wife Deborra-Lee Furness for a romantic stroll through the West Village.
Meanwhile, Mr. Jackman has reportedly been cleared to launch Wolverine in Mexico after his trip was postponed due to the over-hyped swine flu outbreak. The launch will take place in Mexico City on May 26.
According to Hugh’s Twitter page, he intends “to provide a moment of fun escapism and a treat for some of the loyal fans of the comic.”
