Attorney Mark Geragos believes charges against Chris should be dropped since sensitive information was leaked. “Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct,” he says.
Another scumbag move by Geragos — the lawyer who famously represented wife killer Scott Peterson. A man who is currently on death row.
