Shia LaBeouf was spotted landing at Los Angeles International Airport yesterday.
To evade the attention of the lingering paparazzi, the young actor kept his head low as he was escorted to the Escalade waiting for him at the curb.
Meanwhile, Shia’s latest flick, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, is already a vertiable box office hit. Just on Friday night, the film earned a whopping $31 000 000.

The cast, crew and fans of Indiana Jones were out in full force today during the Cannes premiere of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull at the Palais des Festivals.
Stars Kate Capshaw, Harrison Ford, Cate Blanchett and Shia Labeouf were in their red carpet finest as they joined Indie enthusiasts Goldie Hawn, Star Jones, Rachel Leigh Cook, Salma Hayek, Adrien Brody and resident Cannes judge Natalie Portman at the worrld premiere of the fourth and latest installment in adventure series.
Meanwhile, despite a 19-year wait for this Steven Spielberg and George Lucas collaboration, some critics are saying it is not likely to go down as one of the most memorable runs. Writes Brtain’s Telegraph: “With a cast clearly pre-fabricated to appeal to all ages, an overstuffed plot and an ageing action hero, it feels born of commercial calculation rather than a story that needed to be told. There’s a reason the previous Indy film 1989 was called The Last Crusade. Now it’s really time to entomb this elderly series once and for all.”

A shotgun-toting Shia LeBeouf has his game face on the set of the forthcoming thriller, Eagle Eye in central Los Angeles on Saturday.
A “bloodstained” Shia was spotted having numerous cigarettes inbetween takes. Tsk, tsk!
The movie centers around a young slacker (LeBeouf) and a single mum (Michelle Monaghan) who get tangled up in a terrorist cell plotting a political assassination.
Eagle Eye is expected to hit theatres on August 8.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, out May 22, is going to be more like classic sci-fi films than the Saturday serials that inspired the earlier Indy films. That’s according to the February Vanity Fair, which digs deeply into Crystal Skull by talking to Harrison Ford, Steven Spielberg and director George Lucas, who says: “Instead of doing a ’30s Republic serial, we’re doing a B science-fiction movie of the ’50s … like The Creature From the Black Lagoon, The Blob, The Thing.”
Plot details remain scarce, but we know the story is set in 1957 as Indy battles Cold War Russians, led by Cate Blanchett as Agent Spalko.
The issue hits newsstands in New York and Los Angeles today.

Hunk alert!!!
Shia LaBeouf was busy on the set yesterday, filming scenes for his latest movie, Eagle Eye.
In between takes, Shia could be seen visiting the food trailer where he picked up a salad. Left unsatisfied, he then went back for carrot sticks.
We love a man who watches what he eats. (The drinking can be worked on.)

Check out Shia LaBeouf’s official mugshot taken over the weekend after he was busted for trespassing at a Walgreens in Chicago early Saturday morning.
Shia was reportedly arrested after a security guard repeatedly told him to leave because he appeared drunk.
After getting charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing, he was released hours later.
And by the looks of things, he couldn’t be any prouder!
