If Selena Gomez is supposed to be dating Nick Jonas, he might not be happy to see this photo.
The Disney Channel cutie was spotted yesterday on a beach north of Malibu getting cozy with Wizards of Waverly Place co-star David Henrie.
As for Nick’s whereabouts? He and the rest of the Jonas Brothers are currently touring the country promoting their new album.
As they say, while the cat’s away, the mice will play!

Current Disney darling and star of the hit show Wizards of Waverly Place Selena Gomez had a busy day in New York City on Thursday.
She began with her scheduled appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly, only to get swamped by fans on her way out. Later on, she headed over to the Radio Disney studios in mid-town Manhattan in a different outfit, but never losing her million dollar smile!
Meanwhile, in a new interview with The Morning Show with Mike & Juliet, set to air later today, Selena says she feels no pressure in being a role model to kids because she is confident of herself and her upbringing.
“I don’t feel any pressure,” she says. “I’m pretty confident in who I am and who my parents are… I know I’m going to do the best I possibly can.
Selena who was recently linked romantically to Nick Jonas, says she does not have any boyfriends, but she’s still an ordinary boy crazy teenager. “I go on dates and have crushes and stuff,” she adds. “Right now, my crush is Shia LaBeouf. He is cute and a great actor.”

Selena Gomez was spotted preparing to depart from LAX today.
The Wizards of Waverly Place star listened to her iPod as she made her way through the airport in a “We All Scream For Ice Cream” t-shirt.
Miss Gomez recently found herself in the middle of her first celebrity controversy following claims that there was a feud between herself and fellow Disney starlet Miley Cyrus. But the teen princess has since quelled gossip, saying: “It’s just the media wanting something to talk about and wanting us to fight, and there’s nothing there to talk about.”
In a recent Yahoo poll, a question asked if readers believe Miley is “super sorry” for a YouTube video in which she mocks Selena. Twenty-four percent said yes, she was just joking. Forty-four percent said no, she was just jealous; and 33% don’t even care.
Admittedly, we fall into the latter category.

Celebrity couple Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were just a few of the many faces who attended the A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival at the Wadsworth Theater in Los Angeles today.
Joined by the likes of Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Lauren Conrad, Denise Richards, Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt, Selena Gomez and Whitney Port, the celebrity couple and new parents stepped out at the Disney-sponsored event to raise funds to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
Last year, sports stars like Matt Leinart and Gabrielle Reece, along with celebrities such as Molly Sims, Billy Crystal and Carmen Electra, helped raise money to continue the Foundation’s lifesaving work. Celebrating the foundation’s 20th anniversary this year, the event also honoured the vision and legacy of Elizabeth Glaser.
