Meanwhile, rumour has it the embattled mom is furious that the photographer, Dani Brubaker, hired to shoot her family holiday photo sold the shots to OK!
How does she plan to retaliate? By suing for invasion of privacy!!

Just weeks before her recent hospital trip, Britney Spears sat with Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James for Ok! photographer Dani Brubaker.
“She was very loving,” Brubaker says. “She told me she loved her children and that they are her life.” He adds: “I’m told that when she saw the photographs she literally cried for over an hour and stared at them all night long.”
Sad.
Meanwhile, a friend of Britney’s tells the tabloid that her superstar friend would say goodbye to the music business to look after her boys. “The only reason she’s doing this is because she wants them to look up to her onstage and be like, ‘That’s my mama,’ and be proud of her,” dishes Brit’s bud. “She’d put her life before them and die for Jayden and Preston. They’re her whole world. Britney has always said, ‘I would die for my boys if that’s what it took to prove I loved them. I’d do anything for them.’ ”
The truth is Britney does not have to die for her babies she has to live for them, abiding by the law of the land and caring for them as millions of other parents do.

Britney Spears may be facing the loss of her kids but the disgraced mother is not going down without a fight!
The latest? In a bold and offensive attack, the Britster is charging that ex-hubby Kevin Federline has been exposing their two boys to….wait for it…..MARIJUANA!!!
“Britney believes Kevin’s been smoking pot in front of the kids,” says a friend of hers. “She says she can smell it in the boys’ hair and on their clothes when she has her visitation with them.”
Britney’s so upset, she’s determined to have Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, drug-tested to confirm her suspicions. “She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken,” an insider says. They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.
Now the question is, if Sean Preston and Jayden James actually do test positive for drugs, which rehab will they go to? Promises or Wonderland?

Despite a court order restricting her from getting behind the wheel with her kids in the car, a defiant Britney Spears was photographed yesterday teaching her young boys how to drive — in a truck, no less!
With no car seat for the kids in sight, Brit was clearly enjoying her monitored time with Sean Preston and Jayden James as she taught them her masterful ways on the road.
Now wait’ll K-Fed’s lawyers hear about this one. Can we say: EMERGENCY HEARING?!?

While their unfit parents are currently in court battling over whether mama Britney Spears has not been living up to her end of the court-ordered bargain, young Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline grace the upcoming issue of OK! magazine with the lump-in-throat-inducing caption: “Mommy, we miss you!”
As you may recall, the “two forgotten princes of Malibu” were recently left in the car while Brit went chandelier shopping. What’s more? Britney apparently never lets them have playdates with other, possible more hygienic children.

Part-time mom Britney Spears drags her sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston 14-month-old Jayden James, to a Halloween party in Park Beverly, a private gated community located in the hills above L.A., on Wednesday night.
Despite telling the paparazzi last week that she planned to dress her boys up as “adorable little pumpkins”, JJ was stuffed into some mouldy old dog getup while SP was jipped of a costume altogether.
Is this what the parenting coach meant when she said Britney has issues connecting and engaging with her kids?
Whatever the case may be, it looks like Halloween was the perfect night to spend with their mom. By the look on their faces, they couldn’t be anymore terrified!

Disgraced mother Britney Spears was spotted driving with her toddlers in the back seat of her white Mercedes convertible Saturday with a court-appointed monitor sitting alongside her.
The happy fam celebrated their reunion with — what else? — a trip to Starbucks for a calorie-rich coffee drink.
As you may recall, Unfit Brit’s visitation rights with Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline were suspended last Wednesday because she did not provide her contact information to facilitate random drug tests on her. But this recent reunion sighting proves that’s all custody battle history now.
Next up? Both Britney and ex-hubby Kevin Federline are required to attend the hearing on October 26.

Britney Spears takes time out of her comeback trail to treat sons Sean Preston and Jayden James to dinner at Greek restaurant Taverna Tony’s in Malibu on Sunday.
Despite erroneous reports to the contrary, Britney did not hand off her two boys to her handlers during the family’s day out. She carried her sons. Both of ‘em!
Now give the woman a break!
