Sam Lutfi is reportedly on his way to the office of Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to offer a deposition regarding Britney Spears’ ongoing custody battle.
The topic of discussion? Whether Britney and Sam are currently conspiring with photo agency X17 to provide “exclusive” shots of the popwreck during her daily routine.
Most notably, the owners of X17 raked in a cool $2.5 million in Britney photos alone in 2007.
If Britney is getting a piece of that pie, it will likely dampen (to say the least) her efforts to regain some form of custody of her children.

A typically disheveled Britney Spears heads to the Petco store in Studio City, CA on Sunday with long time companion Sam Lutfi. The popwreck appeared in good spirits and enjoyed hanging with the buddy who spends each day following in her every footstep.
With no baby bottles to fill and no diapers to change, Brit-Brit and Sam shopped for some pet food for her puppies. The disgraced songstress happily smiled for the cameras, proving that everyday seems to build a stronger and growing relationship with the hounding paparazzi that follow her.
After picking up puppy supplies, it was off to Britney’s fave hangout — the gas station!! While Sam filled up her car with gas, Britney was snapped strolling into the mini mart to purchase a Mountain Dew. Upon arriving to the cash register to pay, Brit realized she forgot her purse in the car and was given the sugary beverage for free.
Ding, dang, y’all, the perks of fame. It’s good to be a celebrity!

Looks like Britney Spears has already moved on from her paparazzo lover Adnan Ghalib!!
The once inseparable couple have evdiently suffered a setback as Britney spent all night Saturday with her manager and his pal, with Adnan nowhere to be seen.
To no surprise, the popwreck and manager Sam Lutfi paid a visit to one of Brit’s favourite eateries, Jerry’s Deli in Studio City, CA. After that, it was a round of aimless driving in Hollywood by Sam before picking up new groupie, Chad Hardcastle, in West Hollywood.
So, who exactly is Chad? A multi-millionaire pastor’s son from Florida. Rumour has it Sam has been urging Britney to date him because he can act as a good influence in her life.
With Adnan out of the picture (for the time being at least), and a big smile on Britney’s face, could a new romance be in the works?
