The order was sought by the temporary co-conservators of Spears’s $100 million estate – her father Jamie and an attorney.
Sam, a.k.a. Osama, was served at his apartment in Westside Los Angeles earlier this afternoon.

Ring the alarm!!!
The investigation into Sam Lutfi allegedly drugging Britney Spears is officially on!
We’re told the case has now been assigned to Robbery Homicide, primarily because of the sensitive nature of the allegations and the intense media interest in Britney Spears. Sources say investigators have interviewed several witnesses regarding the drugs in Brit’s system at the time she was most recently committed.
One source says the investigation will probably be concluded in late March.
Luckily for the Spears clan, Lutfi has already admitted to putting the meds in her food without her knowledge. In other words, he already hung himself before we got an opportunity to lynch him.
Damn you, Osama!!!

We spoke with LAPD Media Relations representative Richard French, who told us “there is no investigation into Sam allegedly medicating Britney.” Follow-up calls to the LAPD Media Relations department were answered by Officer Lee, who said, “Who would you believe? The LAPD or Internet reports?”Michael Sands, Sam Lutfi’s spokesman, exclusively tells us that “Internet tabloid gossip Web sites need to stop reporting bogus stories without knowing the truth. They need to stop brainwashing the public.”

The restraining order issued to Sam Lutfi in the Britney Spears drama has finally surfaced and the allegations are far more frightening than we first thought!!
In the papers, Brit’s parents allege her coniving “pal” and “manager” drugged her in an attempt to acquire complete control of his little pop princess.
According to the document, “He has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. he yells at her. He claims to control everything.”According to a declaration filed by Lynne Spears, the night Brit was committed, “Sam had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”
During a dispute later that night, Sam allegedly said, “If you try to get ride of me, she’ll be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”
Lynne also said Sam told “me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.” And, “He told us that the doctor who is treating her now is trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”
This news should certainly come as no surprise. Sam has a long history of harassment with at least 2 previous restraining orders against him.
And so the plot thickens….

Britney Spears’ one-time pal Sam Lutfi isn’t too worried about the restraining order issued against him.
“It won’t last,” he told Us Weekly shortly after yesterday’s hearing, during which the court commissioner ordered the pop tart to have no further contact of any kind with the manager/friend.
Of Spears parents, Sam added, “They’re never gonna be able to rule her forever.”

Sam Lutfi is no longer at Britney Spears’ hospital bedside and perhaps that’s the best thing that’s happened to her yet!
Check out a newly surfaced temporary restraining order filed against Sam. Or should we say Osama?
This is only one of two R.O.’s that were filed against the faux manager — one was issued in 2004 followed by another in 2007.
In both cases, he was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the petitioners.
Let’s hope Britney follows suit soon!

A British Britney Spears was up to her usual with Sam Lutfi in the in the midst of her family allegedly trying to stage an intervention.
She kicked off the night by checking into The Beverly Hills Hotel, emerging approximately two hours later at midnight donning a familiar pink wig and making her way to the local Rite Aid. There, she made a number of purchases including the laxative Correctol.
As the sun began to creep on the horizon, she made a pit stop at a Malibu gas station where she bought a mega case of Red Bull, and promptly began to down one upon returning to the passenger seat of her car. By the time Spears made her way back to her Beverly Hills home the sun was bright in the sky and Britney seemed to be in a fighting mood, yelling and cursing at Sam to let her drive.
It seems the mixture of Red Bull, laxatives and lack of sleep have caused her mood swings to continue, which can only be expected considering how high her heart rate must be!

Britney Spears and her brainwashing “manager” Sam Lutfi headed out to the Century City Westfield Mall just hours ago to visit J. Crew for a little retail therapy.
In light of the dramatic turn of events Monday night, Britney continues to baffle by going about her daily routine as if everything were normal.
She wore a provocative top revealing her assests but her face maintained a calm and stoic, revealing little of the hurricane of emotions that lay beneath. Dragging her by arm, Sam remains loyally by his bipolar cash cow, despite rumours of their big “blow-up” as well as her parent’s claims of his megalomania — a psychopathological condition characterized by delusional fantasies of wealth, power, genius, or omnipotence.
Is Britney being exploited by her fairweather parents? Or is Sam the mastermind behind Britney’s downward spiral? We don’t know what to believe anymore!!!!

During today’s Hot Topics segment on The View, Barbara Walters said, out of the blue, that she received a call from Britney Spears’ pal Sam Lutfi.
According to Lutfi, Britney is seeing a “pyschiatrist,” said Babs, for “issues which are treatable.”
She also said Sam told her Britney has been back in touch with her mom.
Does that explain Lynne’s sudden and unexpected arrival at LAX last night?

Sunset Blvd’s Hustler Store is a Hollywood hotspot, but Britney Spears’ visit Sunday night with Sam Lutfi had the temperature soaring!!
A rain-filled day couldn’t dampen the pop princess’ spirits as she ventured out to the adult superstore with her favourite puppy and pal Sam by her side.
After Friday night’s impromptu photoshoot, Britney left her bra at home as she paraded through the store, trying on feather boas and checking out items.
Assisted out by a mohawked staff member, she left empty-handed and returned home.
Was Britney uninspired by her recent love affair with paparazzo Adnan Ghalib and forced to visit the store to get some new ideas on how to heat things up behind closed doors? We dry heave at the thought!

Britney Spears and her ever-trustworthy old assistant Carla are a team once again!!!
The reuinted duo headed out last night for dinner on Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood at Le Clafoutis. Upon arrival, the popwreck had her paparazzi pal Filipe, park her Mercedes for her.
Rocking a tiny red top and revealing a lot of summer skin on a very rainy winter day, a playful Britney stopped and posed for pictures at a pay phone while Karla kept her distance. The two were then off to Rite Aid to top off the evening before heading home.
Interestingly, Britney was all smiles while Adnan Ghalib was nowhere to be seen!
Britney wasn’t ready to call it a night after parting ways with Carla last night.
Getting a second wind, she called on her right hand man Sam Lutfi to escort her to the 24hr fitness for some late night sweating.
