Osama “Sam” Lutfi has filed a lawsuit against Britney Spears and her parents for libel and defamation.
The shameless opportunist filed his claim this morning in Los Angeles Superior, only days after a judge granted Brit’s father/conservator a restraining order against him and his paparazzo BFF Adnan Ghalib.

After avoiding (ok, hiding from) lawyers for the last couple of weeks, Sam Lutfi has finally been served with a temporary restraining order to keep him away from Britney Spears.
The order was sought by the temporary co-conservators of Spears’s $100 million estate – her father Jamie and an attorney.
