Paris Hilton does a little shameless self promotion as she leaves the Dorchester with boyfriend Benji Madden to dine at Langan’s Brasserie on Friday.
Meanwhile, it appears Miss Hilton’s boundless ego has suffered a severe bruising. The self-centred attention-seeker reportedly went head-to-head with Victoria Beckham in a fight for press attention yesterday — and the former Spice Girl won hands down.
The duo, who were launching new fashion lines, were battling for the attention of the paparazzi — and they all flocked to Victoria, who was in Harrods showing off her range of DVB jeans — while Paris was at Selfridges unleashing her new fragrance, Can Can.

Paris Hilton cooked up a storm upon her arrival at her Can Can fragrance launch party at the Dolce nightclub in London on Thursday night.
Welcomed by more paparazzi than fans, the celebrity perfumer and her double-chinned rocker boyfriend Benji Madden quickly slipped inside Brit celeb haunt after an aggressive altercation ensued when Paris shockingly didn’t offer photogs enough camera time.
First a few elbows were shoved. But before you know it, fists were flying, cops were called and it was an all out media melee.
Luckily the girl of the hour was unharmed and able to make it to her next destination — yet another soirée at Amika in Kensington High Street — without incident.

After a whirlwind trip to Moscow where she launched her latest Can Can,
Paris Hilton and boyfriend
Benji Madden were spotted at Heathrow Airport in London today.
Miss Hilton kept things caj in her trademark rock & roll sweats before transforms to her regular glamorous self as she continues her European promo tour pimping her perfume.
The 27-year-old marketing magnate recently blogged about her future appearances on her Myspace page.
Here’s what she had to say:
“I will be celebrating the launch of my new fragrance, Can-Can, at Selfridges department store in London, on Oxford Street May 15th (this Thursday!).
I will be at the store to see all my London fans from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. To make sure you get in, VIP passes will be given out when you purchase any of my fragrances from the Oxford Street location on May 14th (the day before).
As always I love to see my fans in Europe and look forward to seeing you there!

Paris Hilton stepped out last night with beau Benji Madden to Villa nightclub in Los Angeles.
Rocking a black leather bustier dress, matching knee-high boots and a whole lot of synthetic locks all up in her ‘do, the party princess channeled her inner hot tranny mess as she partied away until the wee hours of the morning.
Despite photographic evidence of her affinity for the nightlife, Paris insists that she’s done with sex tapes and wild partying and now just enjoys playing Monopoly with friends.
She recently revealed that “when I was younger I loved to go out, but now that I’m in a really great relationship it’s so much more fun to stay at home. We don’t really like to go out. We have game night where friends come over and play Monopoly. I’ve grown up a lot and I’m at peace. He has changed my life in every way.”

The marketing magnate was there to shoot some new ads for her new hair extension line.
As while we’re still all scoffing at her latest destined-to-doom relationship, Paris is hearing wedding bells. On last night’s Late Show with David Letterman, the often-in-love socialite admitted that the birth of her on/off best friend Nicole Richie’s daughter Harlow in January, with Benji’s twin brother Joel, has made her broody and eager to settle down.
Says Paris, “It’s actually perfect. (Nicole and I) are like sisters, and they’re twins so it works out well. We do talk about (marriage). I’m so happy. I’m so in love. And I know I want to spend the rest of my life with him.” She adds: “If you saw us together you’d understand. He’s my boyfriend and my best friend.”

The woman who once famously declared “I’m only here to talk about my clothing line and fragrance” after endless prison jokes from host David Letterman has come back again for yet another tongue-lashing.

Paris Hilton attended the unveiling of her new hair extension line for Sally Beauty Supply at 620 Loft and Garden in New York City today.
Looking tanned, toned and more dewy than a morning in May, the marketing magnate was joined by Sally Beauty president Michael G. Spinozzi as she told the media that with her help, the consolidated net sales for the fiscal 2008 second quarter were $643 million, an increase of 5.6% from the previous yaer.
That’s a whole lot of fake hair!

David Katzenberg, Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden enjoyed a double date last night at Hornitos’ Cinco de Mayo party at Crown Bar in Hollywood.
It looks like the not-so-fashionable foursome where shut out of the Costume Insititute Gala last night (by none other than Anna Wintour) so they had to settle for a far less glamorous party.
Reality celebutante Lauren Conrad was also ixnayed from New York’s High Society party. For a reported style icon and self-proclaimed “designer”, that’s gotta be a blow!!
