David Katzenberg had lunch at Terroni restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday.
The two lovebirds seemed very affectionate as they exchanged smiling glances between random hugs throughout their day out.
Rocking shorts and a stunning blue tank top, Nicole parlayed the sidewalk into her very own red carpet as she strutted back to her car. While she was having lunch, Niclole forgot to put change in her parking meter resulting in a citation.
Being from the Hilton family, it’s probably pocket change for the hotel heiress!

Looking typically bone-thin, socialite-turned-designer
Nicky Hilton attends a fan meet and greet to promote her own brands Nicholai and Chick by Nicky Hilton at Avenuel in Seoul, South Korea on Thursday.
Paris’ younger sister launched Chick, a youthful clothing line aimed at young women, in 2004. Chick, which refers to Hilton’s childhood nickname, features mainly minidresses, fun prints and short skirts.
Last year, she introduced Nicholai, a new “couture” brand aimed at a more mature, sophisticated market. The brand’s name refers to her first name Nicholai Olivia.
After shaking a slew of hands, signing a ton of autographs and even posing with an adorable South Korean baby, Nicky hit up Club COD and partied into the wee hours of the morning like a true Hilton.

David Katzenberg, Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden enjoyed a double date last night at Hornitos’ Cinco de Mayo party at Crown Bar in Hollywood.
It looks like the not-so-fashionable foursome where shut out of the Costume Insititute Gala last night (by none other than Anna Wintour) so they had to settle for a far less glamorous party.
Reality celebutante Lauren Conrad was also ixnayed from New York’s High Society party. For a reported style icon and self-proclaimed “designer”, that’s gotta be a blow!!

Is Avril Lavigne pregnant?
That’s a story that’s currently spreading through Hollywood faster than a wildfire. But if the fable is indeed true, the Canadian rockstress is starting motherhood off on the wrong foot.
A typically drunken Avril was spotted holding hands with her hubby, fellow Canadian and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley as she wobbled out of Villa nightclub last night in West Hollywood.
Shortly thereafter, Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg were eyed exiting the celeb haunt looking seemingly sober.
Either Avril was asking Nicky to be her unborn child’s godmother last night or this was merely a double date between two pals and their men. Our money is on the latter.

Paris Hilton shined at Villa Lounge over the weekend with her new mystery man.
Dressed in gold and black, including a sequined head scarf and matching sparkly top, the party princess found time to pout for the camera before making a quick getaway in a chauffeured vehicle. No drinking and driving tonight, thank you!
Moments later, Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg were snapped strutting out hand-in-hand from the celeb haunt. Wherever big sis goes, lil’ sis is sure to follow!
There seems to be speculation of two Hilton weddings this year. Not only is Nicky said to be engaged to wed but sister Paris has been sporting a large diamond that she supposedly received from her new mystery man.
Will there be a giant two-for-one wedding for the sisters? Or will there be a race to the alter?

Paris Hilton is all pouts as she returns to her car after partying at Goa nightclub in Hollywood on Thursday.
The heir-less party princess was sporting a large sparkly ring on her right hand and carrying her trademark Swarovski crystal-covered phone. Blingin’!!
Meanwhile, someone seemed to have been enjoying the bottle service last night as little sister Nicky was spotted moments later wobbling out of the celeb-friendly nightclub arm-in-arm with two friends.
It’s safe to say, however, she did not do the driving.
Disaster avoided.

Look who simply cannot get enough of each other!!
For the third night IN A ROW, professional partiers Paris Hilton and Kevin Federline reunited forces on Monday at the New Years Eve party held at LAX Nightclub in Las Vegas.
Looks like 2008 may mark the end of K-Fed’s ongoing custody battle and the beginning of a romantic match made in publicity heaven.
As for La Hilton’s annual resolution? “Every year I make a resolution to work out and eat healthily but I can’t keep it. But I’m giving it another try this year. It’s a big year for me, two movies coming out and a lot of projects in the works.”
Fellow partygoers included Nicky Hilton, Larry Birkhead, DJ AM and Pamela Anderson.

It was Christmas in paradise for the Hilton clan, as celebrity siblings Paris and Nicky spent the holiday in the tropics of Maui, Hawaii with their family over the weekend.
Onlookers reveal that the Hiltons walked from their hotel to a neighbouring establishment where they met up with fellow heirs Brandon and Jason Davis and their family for a rich festive feast.
Nothing says the holidays like sheer gluttony!
Meanwhile, it looks like these extravagant family vacays may soon be coming to an end. Forbes magazine reports that the 80-year-old Hilton family patriarch, Barron Hilton, will pass on the $1.2 billion windfall from the sale of Hilton Hotels Corporation - not to his famous offspring, but to his family’s philanthropic foundation.
