Eighty-seven-year-old Spanish jewelry firm Tous has selected Kylie Minogue to appear in its global advertising campaign.
The Aussie songbird will be photographed for the print and outdoor campaign in November, and the ads will be unveiled in June 2008. The partnership extends through 2010.
Miss Minogue is slated to rock Tous jewelry to the premiere of her tour documentary ‘White Diamond’ tomorrow night. She even flew to the company’s headquarters in Manresa, Spain, earlier this week to select the pieces.
I guess diamonds really are a girl’s best friend!

Kylie Minogue sparkled in a white plunging halter dress at a star-studded soirée in London marking the 20th anniversary of her first hit, ‘Locomotion’, topping the charts.
The Aussie songbird has reportedly flown in old pals from Australia and her grandparents are also expected to attend the party which kicks off a jubilant comeback for the songstress after her battle with breast cancer.
Further details of the $1 million bash, being thrown by Miss Minogue and manager Terry Blamey, have been shrouded in secrecy. Much like her rekindled romance with former beau Olivier Martinez.

Kylie Minogue took a break from putting the finishing touches on her upcoming album to enjoy a sunny vaycay in the picturesque Italian village of Portofino.The Aussie songbird took up a longstanding invitation to stay at the 300-acre home of her favourite designer Stefano Gabbana, of D&G fame.
Kylie looked blissfully happy as she was taken out on a cruiser with some friends. Almost as blissfully happy as she was last year when she visited the very same village with her now former beau, Olivier Martinez.
