Rocking a printed off-the-shoulder mini-dress, Mimi joined fellow Hamptonites Gayle King, Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos, LL Cool J and Star Jones as they sipped overpriced champagne and rubbed moisturized elbows at the sunset event.
Mr. and Mrs. Cannon are reportedly continuing their own celebration, spending the remainder of the week at a farm in East Hampton, New York, that they have rented for $125 000.

Rick Hilton to a Father’s Day dinner at Mr Chow restaurant last night.
After getting their grub on, the famous family performed an extended hug-and-kiss goodbye exchange for the paparazzi before exiting the celeb-friendly eatery.
Aside from parental praise, guess what else was the topic of discussion over at the Hilton table? Family matriarch Kathy Hilton’s upcoming foray into film. Having recently launched her own perfume and starred in a Web mini-series called A Day With the Hiltons, the 49-year-old fame-seeker has now nudged her way into Hollywood movies with a cameo appearance in Ben Stiller’s new summer comedy Tropic Thunder, playing Tom Cruise’s wife.
Something tells us Kathy’s performance will be far more convincing that Katie Holmes‘.

A radiant Paris Hilton takes her new Swedish model boyfriend Alexander von Zweigbergk Vaggo to meet her family for dinner in Beverly Hills on Wednesday night.
The couple arrived at Madeos where they met her father Rick, mother Kathy and brother Barron.
Rick and Kathy are celebrating 28-years of marriage this week. After dinner Paris and Alex headed to the Rossevelt hotel where they stayed overnight.
Paris’ other brother Conrad and her sister Nicky were no where to be seen. Much to limelight-seeking pleasure of Paris.

Paris Hilton’s stint in jail meant the Hollywood outlaw would not be able to partake in any Fathers’ Day festivities… so her dad Rick went to her instead.
The 26-year-old - who is currently doing time for driving on a suspended lisense - would have been dealt a boost by her parents’ visit.
Rick and Kathy popped into see their youngest daughter at the Century Regional Detention Center, but they hardly looked pleased about it.
And, let’s face it, which parent would? While every other father was being pampered and treated by their families, Rick was sitting in jail.

Proving that she’s still receiving special treatment, Paris Hilton’s parents, Rick and Kathy, were rushed past endless lines of waiting people on their first visit to see their jail-dwelling daughter at LA’s Twin Towers prison yesterday.
Once the multi-millionaires were inside, prison guards were particularly attentive, surrounding the celebrity couple in herds (see below.)
One of the inmate’s visitors was even hustled out of the visiting room moments after the Hiltons made their way in. (Ruining a good photo-op perhaps?)
The family reunion took place during lunchtime — when the visiting room is closed — but a police spokesperson says it’s standard protocol for high-profile inmates to receive visitors during closing hours.
But it wasn’t all courtesies and curtsies for the Hiltons — prison officers rummaged through Kathy’s $8000 Hermès Birkin, which was pushed into a security locker with the couple’s other belongings.
Sure, driving on a suspended licence is bad, but if you ask me, stuffing a Birkin into a small closet is a far bigger crime than anything Paris has committed.
