Today (September 10) New York judge Laura Taylor Swain threw out a lawsuit brought against the Seinfeld couple by author Missy Chase Lapine, claiming they had copied her kid-food cookbook.

Just announced: Jay Leno will get the help of Jerry Seinfeld as he kicks off his primetime comedy series on Sept. 14 at 10 p.m. on NBC.
The 55-year-old comedian will join previous announced musical guests Jay Z, Kanye West and Rihanna.

Microsoft is yanking its TV ads featuring former funnyman Jerry Seinfeld and Microsoft’s co-founder and chairman Bill Gates.

FYB recently reported that Microsoft paid $10 million to Jerry Seinfeld to make new, hip ads.
The first aired last night during the NFL game between the Redskins and the Giants.
