New aunt and former pop sensation Britney Spears arrived back in Los Angeles yesterday from Kentwood, LA.
Wednesday Brit and dad Jamie Spears flew to be with Jamie Lynn for the birth of little Maddie Briann. Upon Brits arrival to LAX yesterday a crowd quickly grew with all the excitement and Brit’s security had to hold onto her and control the crowd in order to get the star out of the scene safely.
Let the media madness resume!

It seems Britney Spears may be losing some love for the paparazzi. The pop tart along with her father, Jamie Spears and an assistant, visited a gas station on Sunday night and in a very unusual move Britney hid her face in the back seat. Shocking!!
In recent history she usually makes herself very clear to be photographed by either driving or sitting shotgun. Instead Brit-Brit allowed papa to sit up front in clear view while trying to stay incognito in the back. The last time Miss Spears tried to cover her face from the paps was months ago after she had apparently gotten her lips plumped, but it didn’t appear she had gotten any work done this time.
Maybe she really is turning over a new leaf!

Britney Spears’ father Jamie has ordered her bodyguards to not to leave her alone, even when she goes to the bathroom.
Mr. Conservator is prepared to do anything to keep her superstar daughter on the straight and narrow - including placing her under constant supervision.
The popwreck went to Jeffrey Chodorow’s new LA restaurant Citrus at Social on Saturday night with her father, a few friends and a woman described as “her chaperone.” The group sat at a table to eat, but Spears hardly touched her lobster burger, preferring butter-fried frites and Tater Tots. When she got restless, her bodyguards, stationed at several places throughout the eatery, jumped into action. “She continuously got up from the table to go to the bathroom or hang out at the bar and smoke a cigarette,” our spy said. “Bodyguards followed her to the bathroom and bar.”
Though they were ordered to keep a constant eye on Brit-Brit, it seems not even trained keepers can keep her from what she does best — Sticky Hands Spears left the eatery with a coffee cup from the restaurant with her.

A new and improved Britney Spears steps out to dinner with her dad Jamie at Social Hollywood on Saturday night.
Since Jamie became the conservator of Britney’s estate, she has stayed out of trouble and managed to have little drama in her life.

The hearing over Britney Spears’ conservatorship has just concluded and the Commissioner has extended papa Jamie Spears’ hold until the next hearing on March 10.
The Commissioner has also ordered that Britney undergo what’s called a 730 evaluation — a study of a family for the purposes of child custody — the results of which need to be turned in to her by the next hearing.
Not good news for Miss Spears. As you may recall, she was hoping her attorney would offer “compelling evidence” showing she is fit to take back control of her own life.
Too bad. Better luck next time, Brit!

Lynne and Jamie Spears make a drop by the UCLA Medical Center for a 5-hour visit to see their hospitalized daughter Britney on Saturday afternoon.
The fairweather parents arrived to the hospital after first dropping by the home of Kevin Federline.
After being diagnosed with severe bipolar, it looks like Britney can look forward to many more visits. According to the latest reports, papers are in the works to extend Britney’s involuntary stay at the psych ward by two weeks.
Meanwhile, The Los Angeles Police Department was reportedly called to Brit’s Beverly Hills home Friday after her parents discovered valuable possessions were missing.

Finally!!!
We see one of Britney Spears’ family members come to see her. Unfortunately, it comes at a time when Britney is having disastrous problems, and is now in the hospital!
Brit’s dad, Jaime Spears, was seen pulling up to the hospital last night after his daughter was admitted from the ambulance for “unknown substances” in her body. It all began after the pop princess refused to give up her sons to ex-husband and wasn’t until the police, fire trucks, ambulances, and ex-husband himself showed up at her doorstep that she finally gave up.
Maybe Daddy Spears can talk some sense into his very famous and very troubled daughter.
Meanwhile, new reports have lawyers for Kevin Federline rushing to court this morning to ask L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon to strip Brit of her visitation rights. That shouldn’t be a problem since both Brit and K-Fed were ordered to be drug and alcohol-free while they have physical custody of the children.
