While Sarah Jessica Parker spent some quality time with their 5-year-old son James Wilke, Matthew Broderick — clad in head-to-toe cylist gear — enjoyed a weekend bike ride with his friends in New York City on Sunday.

There were no casualties reported.

Not this time, anyway.

In the wake of recent infidelity rumours, Matthew Broderick and wife Sarah Jessica Parker have packed their bags (and 5-year-old son James Wilkie) and crossed the Atlantic for a late summer getaway to Ireland.

Looking like they’re working things out, the seemingly happy trio were spotted enjoying a family hike outside of Muckros, County Donegal where they own a cottage.

Despite their A-list status, the glamourous couple regularly make visits to the town off the beaten track and have become friendly with the locals.

Matthew, whose parents once owned a home close to the couple, will also be hoping for some quiet time as stories of his alleged affair continue to escalate.

As you may recall, the internet was a buzz recently amid reports he had the alleged fling while his wife was filming scenes for the Sex And The City movie.
