It’s James McAvoy day here at FYB!
The 29-year-old Wanted actor graces yet another magazine — this time August’s Details.
Inside, McAvoy admits he tends to curse a lot, as you can see from these excerpts taken from the interview.
James on why action movies are appealing: “I think inside all actors there’s a kid who secretly yearns to jump off buildings and say ‘Yippeekayay, mother(expletive)!’”
James on how the industry treats women: “I would not want to be a woman in this industry. Horrible.”
James on which actors he loves and what types of films he likes: “Hugh Grant is (expletive) great and he’s funny,” he says. “I like romantic comedies. I’ve been in one and I (expletive) loved it. I got to show off and … That’s why I loved Last King (of Scotland) —I got to be such a wanker.”

James McAvoy isn’t finding it easy to deal with his increasing fame - especially when fans try to talk to him in public bathrooms.
The Scottish actor has skyrocketed to stardom since his leading roles in wartime epic Atonement and action blockbuster Wanted - but isn’t impressed with fans greeting him in public places.
He tells the August issue of Britain’s Arena magazine, “People are never nasty to me, but I do find it disconcerting when you’re having a piss and the bloke next to you goes, ‘Hey man, love the movie,’ and I’m like, ‘Er…Thanks.’ It’s even worse when they try to shake your hand. I’m like, ‘F**k off, wash your hand, it’s just been on your d*ck!!’”

Costars James McAvoy, Reese Witherspoon and Christina Ricci are all smiles at the premiere of Penelope presented by Self magazine at the Director’s Guild of America Headquarters in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
Reese, who also took on the role as first-time producer, told reporters that she is sorry she ever complained about her long hours on a movie set double-tasking. In fact, she now appreciates how tough the rest of the crew have it.
Says the 31-year-old Oscar winner: “The actor thing is easy. I used to grumble about long days, the producer’s days are even longer. You have to get the money, you have to ask people to do favours for you. It’s horrible. When it comes together it’s really exciting.”
Wish the same could be said about the flick. It’s about an aristocrat cursed by a witch to have a pig snout until “one of her own” learns to loves her.
Umm…yeah…

Renee Zellweger, Gwyneth Paltrow, Robert Downey Jr. and Oscar nominee Javier Bardem are among the stars recreating classic scenes from Alfred Hitchcock movies in a new Vanity Fair magazine spread.
CLICK HERE to check them all out. They’re amazing!!!
Zellweger imitates Kim Novak in Vertigo, Gwyneth plays Grace Kelly to Downey Jr.’s Cary Grant in To Catch A Thief and Bardem teams up with Scarlett Johansson to recreate a scene from Rear Window.
The inspired spread also features Jodie Foster, Charlize Theron, Marion Cotillard, Naomi Watts, Keira Knightley and Jennifer Jason Leigh recalling classic scenes from The Birds, Dial M For Murder, Psycho, Marnie and Rebecca.
But perhaps the most eye-catching snapshot is that of chubby funnyman Seth Rogen running from a plane - just like Cary Grant did in Hitchcock’s North By Northwest.
Enjoy!

James McAvoy and Keira Knightley continue their campaign for Oscar gold as the Atonement costars grace the upcoming issue of Entertainment Weekly.
In the issue, on newsstands tomorrow, Kiera, who has been nominated before for her role in 2005’s Pride and Prejudice, dishes on the Oscar season process. “For me it was the first time that anyone said that I could remotely act,” reveals the 22-year-old actress. “So going from just a pretty face whose sh*t to somebody being nominated for an Oscar was hilarious! And also I knew that I hadn’t got a f*cking hope in hell of actually winning it, so it took the pressure off. But I never read a script and go, ‘Ooh, that could be an Oscar!’”
