Britney Spears and her one-time rehab fling Howie Day hooked up last night for an evening of hard late-night partying — sans the drugs and booze, of course.
‘Brit and Howie met up at The Bridge, one of Britney’s favorite restaurants and then drove by nightclubs Element, Les Deux, and Parc before stopping at Teddy’s.
The handsome couple went inside and did who knows what and then went back to Brit’s house (with Howie at the wheel of Britney’s Mercedes) and did who knows what!? Our photogs were there until 5 am and Howie still hadn’t left …’
Uh-oh…..Britney has clearly not learned a thing from rehab. Everyone knows rehab relationships are enablers in the making. This is not good news.

It looks like Britney Spears is taking a page from Eva Longoria’s playbook by reportedly having fallen hard and fast for basketball pro Luke Walton.
As we reported yesterday, speculation is rife that Britney is dating Luke, son of basketball legend Bill Walton.
A source revealed that her new beau was one of the reasons the songstress has been spotted so often at a Lakers’ game in the recent weeks.
“Britney is certainly sports-mad since dating Luke. She even chants his name when the rest of the fans do. Her face lights up when she sees him do well. She’s really fallen for him,” the Daily Mirror quoted the source, as saying.
The starlet’s pals are said to be thrilled she’s hooked up with Luke and think it might be just the thing to help her bounce back after her recent stint in rehab.
An insider said: “This is just what Britney needs. A career-driven man to keep her on the straight and narrow - not someone that she has to support. It’s early days yet but she’s happy.”
But don’t go planning a wedding shower any time soon — Luke isn’t the first man Britters has been linked to lately.
The 25-year-old was also rumoured to be stepping out with singers Jason Filyaw and Howie Day - who have have a combined police record that only a crook could admire.

Rumour has it that Britney Spears has found love with musician Howie Day, who she met at Promises. And if you believe this crap, then you know that she is expected to go public with the relationship once he leaves rehab later this month.
So, what has Britney been doing to keep the love alive while she’s on the other side? Texting him cute little love messages.
A source tells Life&Style: “Britney has fallen hard for him. Britney just lights up and seems back to her old self when she talks to Howie or tells people about him. She thinks he’s very talented - and says he’s the best kisser ever!”
The rehabilitated songstress is so smitten she is planning to take Howie to her cousin Erin’s wedding in June.
However, Britney’s mother Lynne is less than pleased with her daughter’s new love and thinks he will be a bad influence.
The source added: “Lynne wants Britney to be with someone outside the music industry. Howie is always on the road and exposed to influences that are discouraged in rehab.”
So, just how did Howie end up in rehab anyway? He was arrested in Boston in December 2005 for verbally abusing the flight crew while under the influence of alcohol and sleeping pills. He was sentenced to one year’s probation.
Way to pick ‘em, Britney!
