The 46-year-old actress was reportedly pulled over on Saturday in Santa Barbara where cops deemed her under the influence of drugs though an alcohol test was not performed.
This is the latest troubling story in a long line of headline-making fiascos for Miss Locklear. In March, she was involved in a controversy when a 911 call was made by a caller claiming to be her doctor who said that she was trying to commit suicide Three months later, she checked into a medical facility in Arizona for psychological issues including anxiety and depression.

She can be seen walking the grounds of the Sierra Tucson Drug Treatment Center in Tucson, Arizona.
Miss Locklear checked in last week to deal with with a reported bout of “anxiety and depression” but rumours are mounting that she had a problem with drugs and alchohol.
Interestingly, it was nearly one year ago that Heather Locklear’s ex-hubby Richie Sambora entered a treatment facility in Los Angeles for “undisclosed” reasons.
This, of course, begs the question: Who the heck is watching over their 10-year-old daughter Ava? She’s currently staying with Heather’s family while she gets the help she needs.

Following those strange 911 calls back in March, when her doctors were concerned that she was suicidal, this should come as no surprise.
Heather Locklear has checked herself into a psychological treatment facility in Arizona.
Says the actress’ rep: “Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”
Let this be a lesson to all of the gorgeous women in Hollywood. Dating David Spade has its consequences.

Perennial primetime vixen Heather Locklear shows that she’s still got what it takes to get tongues wagging in a plunging one-piece during a flirty beachside frolick with new beau Jack Wagner in Malibu on Sunday.
The 45-year-old stunner looked blisshful as she playfully jogged along the sandy shore with her former ‘Melrose Place’ costar and his 9-year-old daughter Ava.
The image would be almost picture perfect if it weren’t for Heather’s ‘Finch’ ankle tattoo, a nod to ex-BF David Spade’s ‘Just Shoot Me’ character.
Heather was reportedly taking suggestions from onlookers about how to cover up the marking in light of her new romance.
May we suggest tattoo removal and a stern talking to?

Newly single Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner were spotted steaming up the shores of Malibu yesterday.
The former ‘Melrose Place’ co-stars, who spent much of the 90s in bed with countless people, escaping psychopaths and climbing the corporate ladder at any cost, have been spending a lot of time together in their real lives, confirming speculation they have taken their friendship to the next level.
With Heather’s divorce recently becoming final from Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora, she is free to settle down with someone new.
While there is still no formal confirmation on whether they’re a couple, it so far seems to be going smoother than any screen time they shared on the hit TV show.
