David Katzenberg had lunch at Terroni restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday.
The two lovebirds seemed very affectionate as they exchanged smiling glances between random hugs throughout their day out.
Rocking shorts and a stunning blue tank top, Nicole parlayed the sidewalk into her very own red carpet as she strutted back to her car. While she was having lunch, Niclole forgot to put change in her parking meter resulting in a citation.
Being from the Hilton family, it’s probably pocket change for the hotel heiress!

David Katzenberg, Nicky Hilton, Paris Hilton and Benji Madden enjoyed a double date last night at Hornitos’ Cinco de Mayo party at Crown Bar in Hollywood.
It looks like the not-so-fashionable foursome where shut out of the Costume Insititute Gala last night (by none other than Anna Wintour) so they had to settle for a far less glamorous party.
Reality celebutante Lauren Conrad was also ixnayed from New York’s High Society party. For a reported style icon and self-proclaimed “designer”, that’s gotta be a blow!!

Is Avril Lavigne pregnant?
That’s a story that’s currently spreading through Hollywood faster than a wildfire. But if the fable is indeed true, the Canadian rockstress is starting motherhood off on the wrong foot.
A typically drunken Avril was spotted holding hands with her hubby, fellow Canadian and Sum 41 frontman Deryck Whibley as she wobbled out of Villa nightclub last night in West Hollywood.
Shortly thereafter, Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg were eyed exiting the celeb haunt looking seemingly sober.
Either Avril was asking Nicky to be her unborn child’s godmother last night or this was merely a double date between two pals and their men. Our money is on the latter.

Hollywood felon Paris Hilton may be the one with the wild party reputation, but younger sis Nicky gave the blonde bad girl a run for her money last night as she and boyfriend David Katzenberg partied the night away at a trendy bar on the Croatian island of Hvar.
Shortly after their well-photographed arrival, it was off to the dance floor with her friends, where her flowing honey-blonde mane was soon flying around her face as she rocked out to the tunes supplied by the DJ.
Sharing a smooch with her 24-year-old beau in the sunny island’s famous cocktail bar Carpe Diem, Nicky seemed oblivious to everything going on around her.
Following their wild night out, Nicky and her crew retreated to 247ft luxury yacht Talitha G, which they are using as a base to cruise the Adriatic sea.
Yep, life’s not too bad when you’re totally rich and useless!

If a new Hilton/Katzenberg heir pops up sometime soon, don’t be surprised as Nicky and David still appear to be crazy in love.
The happy couple were spotted taking a stroll in front of David’s father Jeffrey Katzenberg’s (CEO of Dreamworks) $30 million Malibu beach home yesterday.
The work of an heir/ess is never done.

Can’t say this news is surprising:
Nicky Hilton’s Miami Beach condo-hotel is kaput and her developer partner is seeking bankruptcy protection so he can turn the property into another hotel, The Miami Herald reports today.
It was obvious the socialite/designer’s debut Nicky O hotel was in trouble when it didn’t open as planned late last year and her reps didn’t return calls asking what was up. When I was in Miami this winter, the Ocean Drive hotel site was an unfinished shell with no workers toiling.
Nicky also was supposed to have a Nicky O in Chicago, but that project has stalled, too. So stay tuned to see if she resurfaces as a hotelier.
