With the recent premiere of her mom’s reality show, you’d think Lindsay Lohan would be a little peeved at her family for cashing in on her last minutes of fame.

But the quassi happy family (including their adorable little Maltese puppy named Chloe) stepped out in New York City last night for a well photographed dinner.

On hand was Lillo’s stage mother Dina and little brother Dakota. No word on where Ali was, but we suggest checking the line-up at Villa.

Meanwhile, family patriarch Michael Lohan is still ranting and raving over Lindsay’s alleged relationship with celeb DJ Samantha Ronson. The latest? He says he doesn’t know or care if she’s a lesbian.

“Lindsay’s life choices are up to her,” he says. “I don’t get involved in my daughter’s personal life. They’re friends, they’re always together. I hug my friends, does that make me a homosexual? Of course not.”
