Britney Spears (in the green shirt) threw a joint monster truck-themed birthday party for her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, at a friend’s Los Angeles home yesterday.
Friends and family, including Britney’s sister Jamie-Lynn (in the white shorts and black shirt) and their mom Lynne Spears (black shirt) attend the party. Also present was Brit’s father and conservator Jamie Spears who beat the heat dressed in all white.
Amongst the many balloons, Sean and Jayden were be seen riding around the yard on their red Big Wheel.
When recently speaking with OK! magazine, Britney said of her plans for the bash: “I want to have a traditional party. I have some friends with kids who I am going to invite.”
Celeb attendees included Jenny McCarthy with her son Evan and Kingston Rossdale. But the guests of honour seemed to be having the best time as they drove around the party in mini motorized cars, which were customized Ed Hardy by Christian Audigier. The cars featured tattoo-inspired decals, Ed Hardy air fresheners and personalized license plates. To keep with the party’s theme, the cake was in shape of a yellow truck.
Preston turns 3 on September 14 and Jayden turned 2 on September 12.

After spending the entire day locked up in a private estate shooting her upcoming
Vogue editorial,
Britney Spears treated herself to a steak dinner at Magnolia restaurant in Hollywood.
Looking casual in jeans and a cardigan, the pop star wouldn’t comment on any of her upcoming projects, but offered a polite thank-you when photogs showered her with compliments.
While she may be mum, the comeback kid tells OK! magazine that her next album will be released by late December promises: “It’s my best work ever.”
But it isn’t just her professional life that’s getting back on track — so is her personal life, too. Brit is reportedly planning a birthday party for her toddler sons jointly with her former hubby Kevin Federline.
“I want to have a traditional party,” she tells the mag. “I have some friends with kids who I am going to invite.”
In her endeavor to restore complete normalcy to her life Britney will next aim to regain joint custody of her sons.
“Her goal is to regain joint custody of her sons as soon as her dad Jamie’s status as her conservator ends,” adds a Spears insider.

After her highly publicized and successful VMA appearance on Sunday night, it seems Britney Spears is on the fast track to a full blown comeback!
The recovering pop star spent six hours at a Bel Air home on Tuesday where it certainly seemed as though she was posing for a new photo-shoot.
Vogue’s celebrated Patrick Demarchelier has reportedly come to the U.S. from London to photograph the comeback princess for an upcoming issue.
Witnesses claim to have heard loud music while she was inside, and crew members could be seen moving furniture, most likely for different set ups, from the house. A sign was also posted outside of the residence asking for those inside to not eat, drink or smoke, which leads us to believe it was being rented as a set and not a private residence.
After the long day, Spears emerged surrounded by her entourage including her assistant, a camera man, an umbrella wielding bodyguard, and her father. She looked fantastic and could be seen laughing and smiling.
It’s obvious that she is as excited for her comeback as everyone else!

Award-winning songstress BRITNEY SPEARS officially marked her comeback in a sexy off-the-shoulder Atelier Versace gown to the MTV Music Awards in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, actress CHARLIZE THERON opted for the full-lenth version of the sexy silver number to The Burning Plain premiere at the 65th Venice Film Festival.

It took a year, but Britney Spears’ comeback on the MTV Video Music Awards is finally a reality.
The pop princess nabbed all three VMAs she was nominated for, including Video of the Year, and made triumphant appearance in an atttempt to erase the career-low of last year’s ceremony.
While her highly anticipated appearance on the show proved to be slightly anti-climactic (c’mon, some teleprompter reading and Jonah Hill? Really?), the genuine feeling of happiness exuding from Britney is comeback enough.

Britney Spears’ Piece of Me toppled the No. 1 single of the summer, Katy Perry’s I Kissed A Girl, taking home Best Female Video at tonight’s MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles.
Looking drop dead sexy in a silver mini-dress, the comeback princess thanked God, her fans and her two little boys at home “who keep inspiring me every day.”
Brit-Brit was cheered on by her recently re-hired manager Larry Rudolph, the man responsible for her meteoric rise to fame as a teenager.
Miss Spears starred in a short comedy sketch with Superbad actor Jonah Hill, before being filmed walking from her dressing room to the stage to introduce the ceremony.
Walking on stage, she received a standing ovation from the crowd. We nearly cried.

Joined by her entrourage, Britney Spears looked breathtakingly beautiful as she walked through the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas last night to catch a showing of The Beatles Cirque Du Soleil performance.
Britney looked in extremely good cheer and why wouldn’t she? She has been looking insanely hot, was recently dubbed ’super talented’ by music producer and song writer Pharrell Williams, and has been nominated under three categories for MTV Video Music Awards for her single Piece of Me.
“She’s made her mark with her career,” Williams told People at a recent event. “She’s super-talented. She’s an entertainer.”

A casual and relaxed-looking Britney Spears spent her Monday afternoon with her brother Bryan shopping for scented candles and floral arrangements at a chic home furnishings store in Beverly Hills.
Brit was the model of normalcy, perusing the store’s goods and chatting with her brother. For fans, it’s a welcome and healthy change to the bizarre outings Britney would embark on only months ago, racing around town with Adnan Ghalib or Sam Lutfi in search of cigarettes, Red Bull, and junk food.
Despite reports that Britney will not be making an appearance at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, the recovering popstar continues to improve her mental health, spend more time with her loving family, and working hard on another album!

We sorta knew this all along, but “Britney Spears will not be performing at the VMAs this year.”
Brit’s manager Larry Rudolph confirmed this morning on Ryan Searcrest’s KIIS-FM radio show that his superstar client will not be taking the stage following last year’s disasterous performance.
Since she’s clearly not rehearsing, what is Britney up to? “She is in the middle of recording her next album, which is going amazingly well, and was never supposed to perform at that show.”
But fret not, Britney fans — she’s still up for three VMAs — including “Video of the Year” — for her song Piece of Me.
After 17 nominations, let’s hope the Susan Lucci of the VMAs scored her first Moonman this year!
