Taking a break from banking millions, Beyonce enjoys a thrifty shopping spree at the American Apparel store in West Hollywood on Thursday.
Meanwhile, B and her beau Jay Z have fueled speculation they’re gearing up for a duet at a summer festival.
The newlyweds are rumored to be appearing on stage together at the O2 Wireless Festival in London, just one week after the Jiggaman’s controversially headlines Glastonbury.
A source reveals, “Jay-Z is planning a spectacle to end of spectacles. He’s been talking to Beyonce about getting her on stage.”

There were conflicting reports out of Britain over the weekend over whether UK soulstress Amy Winehouse or American R&B diva Beyonce will sing the theme song for Quantum of Solace, the 22nd film in the James Bond film series.
While Wino continues to battle her own personal demons publicly, it looks like she’s squaring off against Beyonce in a post-Grammy rematch. (As you may recall, Amy’s Rehab nabbed the Song of the Year trophy from Beyonce’s Irreplaceable last year.)
On Sunday, Miss Winehouse told the London Daily Star, “I’ve done loads of Bond songs. There are loads of good ones I’m really happy with. I don’t know what is wrong with them or what the problem is, to be honest. It’s there, ready and done, and it’s up to them if they want it or not.”
Sounds good, except that the Sunday Express is hailing Beyonce as the new voice of the Bond movie due out October 31. “Music industry insiders say the former Destiny’s Child singer has become firm favourite after first choice Amy fell off the rails. But whether or not Beyonce records the theme will be down to Barbara Broccoli, daughter of the late Bond producer Cubby.”
So, what the big deal, anyway? After all, it’s just a theme song, right? Wrong. This song could be the best shot at an Academy Award nomination for a Bond movie theme in years.
That being said, Team Amy or Team Beyonce?

Last night: Jay-Z caught an out-of-bounds ball at the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals game in Boston between the Celtics and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Beyonce, of course, was right next to him.
No wedding rings were in sight.

As for those pregnancy rumours? Not likely.

The new bride was surprisingly breathtaking in a pale pink silk organza strapless created from Giorgio Armani Privé.
Married life has clearly done wonders for B’s style. Keep it up, girl!

Beyonce’s ambition knows no boundaries. (Wish we could say the same about her talent.)
The hip-gyrating songstress has just signed on to only star but also executive produce Darnell Martin’s Cadillac Records for Sony BMG Films.
Knowles will play Etta James in the 1950s period film about the Chicago record company Chess Records; its founder, Leonard Chess; and the turbulent lives of some of the label’s legends, who included Muddy Waters, Little Walter, Howlin’ Wolf and Chuck Berry.
One word: FLOP!

Booty-shaking songstress Beyonce rubs elbows with the likes of John Mayer during the Sony/BMG Grammy after party at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
The Grammy nominee and performer looked darling in an gorgeous yellow gown with a plunging back and accessorized with just enough bling to remind everyone that it’s good to be Beyonce.
The wardrobe-changing diva, who lost out to Amy Winehouse for Record of the Year, stayed past 1 AM, laughing perched atop a booth seat, sipping a glass of bubbly next to her former Destiny’s Child bandmate Michelle Williams, with her beau Jay-Z a few feet away.
Beyonce was typically gracious when asked about Winos Grammy wins and her performance via satellite: “I thought she was wonderful. It was a great year for her.”
