The Today show was turned into a makeshift fairytale today for Halloween.

Dressed as as Humpty Dumpty, Matt Lauer asked if he looked fat. A virtually unrecognizable Meredith Vieira (dressed as Pinocchio) admitted that at one point she was getting “a little high” from the glue sticking her nose on her face.

Meanwhile, Ann Curry played Cinderella, or as she described: “the ethnic J-Lo Cinderella.” As for Al Roker? He wore a Gingerbread Man’s costume. How fitting.

Kathie Lee Gifford looked frightening dressed as the Big Bad Wolf while a Hoda Kotb looked innocent and vulnerable dressed as Little Red Riding Hood.

The highlight of the show came when Natalie Morales made a surprise appearance to show off her new baby…not to mention her amazing post-pregnancy figure!

The Today show crew is having a little too much fun over in Beijing, aren’t they?

Today’s hilarity came when hosts Matt Lauer and Al Roker joined forces to attempt - and completing - a male rhythmic gymnastics routine.

The fun picks up about halfway into the five-minute video.
