Jamie Spears’ conservatorship ends today.
Will Britney be allowed to take charge of herself? A hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. PT.
Sources close to the situation say Brit-Brit hopes her attorney will head into court today with “compelling evidence” showing she is fit to take back control of her own life. A court representative has evaluated Brit-Brit and a status report summing up the results was turned in yesterday.
Meanwhile, it appears that dating Britney can really affect one’s self image. Take Adnan Ghalib, for example. Once an ordinary paparazzo just trying to put some bread on the table, he is now officially a super divo. Mr. Ghalib was in Beverly Hills yesterday, when a fellow photographer accidentally blocked him in the parking lot. Adnan shoved his peer and yelled: “Do you know who I am? You are nobody! Don’t make me angry!”
Next he’ll be attacking their cars with an umbrella.

Going on no sleep for almost 60 hours seems quite unhealthy for someone in a fragile emotional state, but it’s just another day in the life of Britney Spears.
The walking zombie headed to Studio City, CA this afternoon for a lunch date at Jerry’s Famous Deli.
Donning a Brad Pitt-inspired newsboy cap, Adnan Ghalib was waiting eagerly at the restaurant for his sleep-deprived girlfriend, who seemed dazed and confused from her marathon night Tuesday. Britney was dressed in the same outfit that she had been wearing last night and appeared bedraggled and crabby. The two sped off back to her house in Brit’s new Mercedes before heading to the Beverly Hills Hotel.
For her own mental and physical health, let’s hope Britney calls it a night and gets some rest.

After hitting up the Hustler Store on Sunday night, Britney Spears took the party over to a Ventura Blvd. gas station where her eyes popped open as she picked up the latest copy of OK! magazine.
The disturbed diva shrugged in disbelief at the sight of a sad-looking Jayden James on the cover accompanied by a headline about her “crazy gene.”
The weeklies on the stands each had an article related to the popwreck’s bizarre exploits and as Britney gazed over the magazines with pal Sam Lutfi, she hung her head in sadness.
A typical stop for gas, snacks, and smokes took a bizarre turn as Britney stood face to face with herself, photoshopped and glossy on the covers of the most popular weeklies.
We can’t help but wonder whether the revealing headlines will snap Brit back into reality or if her troubled thoughts will go up in smoke like a Marlboro Light as she drives off into the night.

Adnan Ghalib, doing two interviews last night, says Britney Spears bought that pregnancy test because she was “hoping” she was having another baby.
“I think she felt she was,” said Ghalib, 35, adding that the test was negative.
“You know, she has a very maternal instinct,” he said of the troubled singer, who is battling to get custody of her two baby boys.
Asked what he would say if Spears proposed marriage, he said, “Would anybody say no?”
Meanwhile, the loved up couple had a minor fender bender with a motorcyclist last night. Check out the video above.

Much to everyone’s dismay and disbelief,
Britney Spears is back with
Adnan Ghalib!!!
The oportunistic paparazzo met up with Brit at Taverna Tony’s in Malibu late yesterday and the two hit the road for some Pinkberry.
On the eve of the first part of his tell-all interview with Entertainment Tonight, the newly separated photog (his wife filed for separation earlier in the day citing “irreconcilable differences”) sped off down Sunset Blvd with Britney as the rain began to fall. His erratic driving nearly killed a motorcyclist, but that didn’t stop Adnan from pulling over and screaming at the guy while Britney posed for pictures with her new I-Phone. They then headed to the Beverly Hotel for some one-on-one time.
Will Adnan’s smooth talking convince Britney to overlook his shady behaviour and manipulative ways and get back together? Will Britney come to her senses and realize that Adnan is bad news? Will her long night tonight make her late (or absent) to her 8AM custody hearing tomorrow?

Here’s a big shocker: After watching her hubby covort around town with Britney Spears, Adnan Ghalib’s wife has filed for legal separation, citing irreconcilible difference.
Lynn Berry filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court today, asking for legal separation effective January 18.
The couple was married in December, 2003.

Out during a date with her paparazzo beau Adnan Ghalib at Gaucho Grill in Studio City last night, Britney Spears was spotted sporting a pixy-military themed emsemble complete with ripped fishnet stockings. The fashion faux-ward popstress added her Christian Louboutin black pumps to keep the outfit classy.
After the romantic dinner-for-two, Miss Spears made her ritualistic visit to Starbucks for an after dinner pick-me-up. Meanwhile, upset with onlooking former co-workers, Adnan continued to pull his headcase gal pal by the wrist to “guide” her along on their ever-eventful outing.
Isn’t Britney lucky to have such a guiding light in her life?
