Part-time mom Britney Spears drags her sons, 2-year-old Sean Preston 14-month-old Jayden James, to a Halloween party in Park Beverly, a private gated community located in the hills above L.A., on Wednesday night.

Despite telling the paparazzi last week that she planned to dress her boys up as “adorable little pumpkins”, JJ was stuffed into some mouldy old dog getup while SP was jipped of a costume altogether.

Is this what the parenting coach meant when she said Britney has issues connecting and engaging with her kids?

Whatever the case may be, it looks like Halloween was the perfect night to spend with their mom. By the look on their faces, they couldn’t be anymore terrified!

For over a decade, the always fabulous Bette Midler has been throwing one of the best Halloween bashes around.

The star-studded party aims to raise money for New York Restoration Project, a nonprofit founded by Midler to clean, restore and revitalize New York City’s parks. The group reclaims abandonded parks, plants community gardens and offers youth education programs aimed at greening up New York City.

In conjunction with the annual soiree at the Waldorf-Astoria, the group also holds an online auction. Among the items available for bid this year are a one-month internship at Us Weekly, a day on the set of ‘Wolverine’ with Hugh Jackman and tickets to Jessica Alba’s next movie premiere.

Says the 29-year-old eye witness: “I watched Britney let a guy do a line of coke off her chest.”

After stripping down to her underwear, she apparently commanded everyone to go to the jacuzzi where one man offered her cocaine and “joked he wanted to do a line off her chest, and she agreed.”

Scott, who met Britney at LA hotspot Hyde, added: “She was in a great mood. She didn’t have a care in the world.”

Despite his claims, Brit passed a court-ordered drug test just hours later.

This, of course, begs the question: Whose pee has Britney been using?
