In response to a slew of stories about Jacko deemed “untrue, defamatory and malicious,” a rep for the superstar has issued the following laundry list of denials (as shared by the New York Daily News):

Michael Jackson….

… is not any type of meds, including painkillers.
… does not believe that brother Randy has stolen money from him, nor does Michael think any kin would steal from him.
… has never used not instructed his security detail to use force on a reporter.
… is neither selling nor losing his share of the ATV/Sony partnership (including the Beatles catalog).
… is concerned that his assistant, Grace Rwaramba, is being constantly assailed by Fox News’ Roger Friedman.

What is true? MJ is currently in the studio putting finishing touches on his forthcoming music.

The only thing that appears to be missing is a denial that he goes out boozing with Paris Hilton.

Rocking a flowy white blouse, brown slacks, matching pumps and with her hair still wet, the 28-year-old actress was spotted touring the Creative Artist Agency’s new Century City offices yesterday.

Aside from filming her current flick (‘Mad Money’), Katie has no other projects listed under her IMDB profile. Conversely, hubby Tom Cruise has just wrapped up lensing ‘Lions for Lambs’ and has four other movies already in pre-production.

Despite her legal, family and personal problems, the almost 21-year-old rehab queen has landed herself the coveted September cover of Elle magazine (coming out the same day of her arraignment.)

The Elle photo-shoot is rumoured to have taken place just days before La Lohan entered rehab.

No word on whether the interview accompanying the photos took place before or during Lindsay’s rehab. The magazine is said to have gone to the printer sometime this week.

Kudos to Elle for having the morals and ethics to parade a young drug addict on the cover of their fashion mag despite the message it sends to her many young fans.

In attempt to lash back at those close to her who forced the songstress into rehab, Britney Spears was seen giving her mother Lynn a fiery letter telling her to back off today.

Rocking her standard flip-flops, short-shorts and matching do rag combo, the 25-year-old tabloid princess was seen in Valencia, California this afternoon on a film set where Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn is working.

While the letter was hardly a restraining order (as previously reported), an out-of-state lawyer representing Brit asks Lynne to stay away from the children if she is taking any medications that would impair her ability to be around them.

As you may recall, in a recent post made by Britney on her blog, she wrote, “I feel like some of the people in my life made more of some issues than was necessary. I also feel like they knew I was beginning to use my brain for a change and cut some ties, so they wanted to be in more control of my life than me.”

Hmm…I guess it doesn’t take a genius to figure out who she was referring to.

Looking jaw-dropping in a scarlet red strapless number, burlesque queen Dita Von Teese had fans in a tizzy at the M.A.C Viva Glam Lipstick launch at Selfridges in London today.

The Mac make-up spokeswoman was at the event to raise awareness for the cosmetic company’s AIDS Fund through the sale of the Viva Glam lipstick.

Going sans make-up and with her hair in a ponytail, Charlotte has clearly taken a relaxed attitude towards her pregnancy and not allowed herself to worry too much as the pounds pile on.
