i know in nj it’s difficult to get sole custody. you need proof of neglect, and even then it’s hard. all full custody means is the one person can make all the decisions (i.e. schooling, medical). if he can prove she’s on drugs or is an alcoholic, it’s a good chance the kids will live with him and she has visitation.
