Two unnamed sources close to Jennifer Hudson confirm exclusively to Essence magazine she is pregnant.

For her part, the Oscar-winner’s manager and publicist are denying it.

Jennifer is engaged to Harvard Law grad and former contestant on I Love New York 2, David Otunga. No wedding date has been announced.

If it is true than I am happy for her. After what she has been through the last year, a baby might just be the thing she needs. Congrats.

A baby could be a good thing for her seeing as she has lost members of her family, it would be nice to start her own. But I do think that it would be the end of her career. She’s already losing it a bit and going off and having a baby I just couldn’t see her picking up where she left off to be honest.
