First Lady of Cameroon met the First Lady of Hollywood last night (April 21) at The First Ladies of Africa Health Summit in Beverly Hills.

Engaging in a subtle red carpet pose-off, Chantal Biya and Paris Hilton were among the guests who were invited to discuss women’s health and education, AIDS and others challenges facing Africa.

The invitees included the first ladies of Angola, Kenya, Nigeria and Zambia. Jessica Alba and Naomi Campbell were also on hand to offer their invaluable insight.

The invitation-only and celebrity-studded gala included a performance by Natalie Cole and an earlier luncheon hosted by California’s first lady, Maria Shriver.

After the historic event, Paris tweeted: “Just had an amazing conversation with Sarah Brown, Gordon Brown’s wife. She is such a smart, beautiful, inspirational woman…Naomi looks stunning as ever and is so gorgeous and cool. Love her!!…What an incredible event! So many inspiration speakers, amazing philanthropists and political leaders on in one room.”
