It was a union of rock stars as Bon Jovi joined former President Bill Clinton and Bono at the New York City Food Bank’s Sixth Annual Can-Do Awards at Abigail Kirsch’s Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan last night (April 21).
Emceed by actor Stanley Tucci, the star-studded night honoured the Bon Jovi frontman for pouring his money into ending poverty throughout the five boroughs.
Afterwards, the A-list attendees — which included the likes of honorary chair Michael Stipe, Mario Batali, Rachael Ray, Mariska Hargitay, Jimmy Fallon and last year’s honoree Helena Christensen – put their money to good use and raised over $1.2 million for the non-profit organization during a charity auction.
This, of course begs the question: Between Bono, Bill and Jon — who would you rather?
