Multi-talented singer Gwen Stefani puts her designer cap on at the L.A.M.B. showroom before the 2008 Spring Fashion Week in New York officially kicks off on Tuesday.
This isn’t Gwen’s first Fashion Week rodeo, but it’s our first in-person look at L.A.M.B., a collection inspired by the singer’s own quirky — yet widely worshipped — style. We’ve long suspected that most of what Gwen wears would look totally insane on anyone else (hell, half the time, it looks totally insane on her), and judging by stills from her spring 2006 show, which resembled an ode to Bob Marley by way of the Gap, we might be right. That said, her less ambitious pieces are surprisingly wearable, so we’re expecting a mixed bag, just like Gwen’s own wardrobe.
Stay tuned for a sneak peek!

coffee gives me the shits…
I hate her clothing lines- both of them. I wouldn’t wear anything. Ugly, and cheesy shit too.
How many frikin celeb clothing lines are there at fashion week this year? Argh!
Um, nice taking the paragraph from the Fug Girls. Way to go.
not crazy about last year’s collection but i actually like her clothes. i prefer the lamb clothes that she doesn’t wear. there were some (dare i say) elegant pieces in earlier colletions, but she wears the more flashy, street stuff. most of those are just ok.
She’s looking a bit rough imo
Arasto, you fucking loser.

Most of her songs are remixes or absolute copies of old 70s and 80s hits so i dont see whats so multi-talented abt her.And i think these celebrities shd leave designing clothes to DESIGNERS. True artistes are the ones who excel in their own fields instead of trying to market themselves through cheap publicity like making their own clothing lines.
I’m SICK of them putting their names on clothes they didn’t actually sit down and make. Ronda is so right, thats how I feel about Beyonce and all the other cheap ho (men included!) who try and hawk crap on us that they are barely medicore at doing/making (music, fragrances, acting) just because they want more money. I know that music doesn’t sell as much (because of downloading) but its sad to see that at the end of the day a lot of them only care about making more money instead of working on their craft.
Way to rip off the Fug Girls.
gwen doesnt even put her name on stuff… its LAMB, its not labled: …. by gwen stefani…
so if you dont know her and buy lamb you woudnt notice its gwens…
she does do a lot of the drawing stuff herself… with her team… but she is involved a lot…
and being an artist… (artist…!) doest mean that you can only sing… you can be involved in other creative things… most ppl are not creative in one place/part…. i did art academy… i like to photograph, draw, paint and do computer stuff…
and most of those celeb ppl dont wear their own created stuff. gwen does, all the time…
