During the British songbird’s so-called “week off”, Amy reportedly vomited blood in her hotel room, was stalked endlessly by the paparazzi and had to endure her crazy in-laws urging fans to boycott her album.
Sounds like a relaxing vacation if I’ve ever heard of one!
