CATHERINE ZETA-JONES DOES BRITISH ‘INSTYLE’

Cover girl Catherine Zeta-Jones shows off her perfectly toned legs and a trim midriff in the October issue of British InStyle.
The 37-year-old mom attributes her jaw-dropping figure by a combination of healthy eating and exercise.
And, of course, a little Photoshop here and there doesn’t hurt either.
CZJ on how she maintains her toned figure: “I have to drag myself to the gym like everyone else. But I do eat sensibly and have lots of chicken. Although if I could eat only three foods for the rest of my life, it would also be smoked salmon sandwiches with potato chips crunched inside and fish and chips if I did not put on weight.”CZJ on her notoriously famous foul mouth: “It was difficult. I’m from Wales. I have a mouth like a truck driver. The hardest thing for me making this movie was my reaction when I screwed up. Trying to control my reactions around this little girl was so difficult. Every day one would slip out and Abigail would roll her eyes as if to say, ‘Here we go again.’ In the end, if I screwed up, I would have to force myself to say, ‘Oh poo!’ or ‘Oh sugar!’ but it wasn’t easy.”

No doubt that all the celebrity pics are photoshopped, but Ms. Zeta-Jones is one beautiful woman.

I like when celebrities admit that they are not naturally thin and that they have to bust their ass to maintain their figures. Too many claim to be unable to gain weight. As if! That is a very rare problem for any woman over the age of 21.

I agree with you Samantha Jones!! I mentioned this on another post…why people need to point it out every single time is beyond me. I think the reason people feel the need to do so is that they feel better about their own body. WE KNOW they don’t look like this out of the magazine, but they can’t look too different or we wouldn’t even notice them. Catherine looks fantastic and I think its hilarious that she has a fowl mouth. I would never have guessed that!

The European Union is planning to endorse a law to have a code to tell people that pictures in magazines have been photoshopped. Yes many of us know that its not ”real” and they can make butts look bigger,tummies look nice and flat,breasts look larger and get rid of all the ugly stretch marks.
But there are alot of young impressionable pple who do not know that or who cant go beyond the pictures to think of the process of taking them and they believe that these are the ideals of perfect beauty,which is both false and damaging.
Having said that, i think she’s very pretty but when you look at her younger pics, u wdnt recognise her.

isn’t she a mother also? So basically she’s saying she has cursed around her children, but she decided to try to curb it with her younger co-worker, and not with her kids????
