Only one day after news broke that her marriage to Heath Ledger was over, Michelle Williams was all smiles as she took a stroll around her Brooklyn, NY neighbhourhood on Sunday.
Decked out in a black jumper dress (mourning her broken relationship perhaps?), the 26-year-old actress and mother was snapped clutching on the her iced tea as she and a friend engaged in a long and seemingly deep conversation that went on for nearly an hour.
Proof positive that in times of crisis, sometimes all you need is a shoulder to cry on.

I know there were rumors they were married, but papers never surfaced, right? I’m guessing they were never married.

I don’t find her attractive at all. There is just nothing there that makes me think she is a movie star.
Her hair may be that color for one of her movies, but she looks good as a brunette. Life might not have been the easiest with Heath. She looks more relaxed than I’ve seen her in a long time.

Brown hair looks a lot better on her than blonde…it just never really looked right on her to me. I hope that her and Heath are working out whatever problems they might have in order to give their relationship a chance, and if that’s not possible than I hope they do what’s best for their little girl.
